This dress was GORGEOUS! Although I was expecting a royal blue color because that's what I choose but aside from that it was gorgeous and we made it work, I got so many compliments thank you lalamira. I can say that I was afraid to order from here but I ordered it and the dress came out stunning and on time! Definitely shopping here again!
Was skeptical at first but I went ahead and ordered this dress for my daughter's prom. The dress arrived and it is beautiful just like the picture. I followed the size chart and the dress fit perfect. It is slightly long but this can be fixed. I will definitely recommend lalamira dresses to others. Could not be happier that this dress for my sister almost perfectly right from the package. We knew we would need to have some alterations, but very few are needed. Lalamira kept me informed of the process the whole way through. Dress even arrived earlier than expected. If the need ever arrivistes, I would definitely order from here again. She is just beaming in this dress. Can't wait to see it on her Big day!
This dress is unbelievable! I was so scared to order a dress from online. I thought on it for 2 months just going back and forth checking reviews. I never seen a bad review so I went for it. Im in love with the dress. It looks identical the picture they have posted. I didnt do measurements i just ordered a size bigger and it fits perfectly. The material isnt thin or cheap looking. The dress is just like the picture. I went with the measurements which fit perfect. If I was to go off the size I normally wear it wouldn't have fit. I misread the time for the dress to be made and to get here for my son's wedding. I contact them and they were able to get my dress here in time for the wedding. I would definitely recommend them.

I bought what I thought would be a perfect Mother of the Bride dress. I measured myself and ordered the appropriated dress size. I am a seamstress and I know very well how to measure. When I received the dress it was 5 inches too small. I asked for a refund and to return the dress. I was told it was not fair to them as nothing was wrong with the dress. But it was the wrong size. They said they checked and the correct size was sent. They asked me to send photos, I did as they asked and again they said it was not their fault and to sell the dress to a friend or get it altered. The dress is 5 inches too small. How would I get that altered? They REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY! They are a scam site. If you buy, don't think they will back their product, they will not.
I ordered a dress for my daughters wedding. Ironically, Lala Mira sent correspondence the next day stating that I had not completed my order. I immediately took the initiative to complete the order; however, this would essentially be the second order. After realizing the mistake, I notified the company immediately. Unfortunately this has been the one of the worst experienced with customer service in my life. The live chat appears to be automated; however, at times, they will respond accordingly. The email responses are vague and not indicative. I contacted them the next day and they have went round and circles with me regarding canceling the order. To be exact, they would not cancel the order. I now have 2 of the same dresses when only one is needed. After reading the reviews, I do not believe that I will be reimbursed. I am contacting my bank to dispute the double transaction. Upon receiving the second dress, I will ship it back. Absolutely the worst experience ever. My recommendations is not to order outside your country if there is no way to speak with a live agent. SIMPLY HORRIBLE. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR LALAMIRA IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
I ordered a dress for a dance that my daughter is going to. The dress ended up being way too long for her. I contacted them back within the 7 days of their ridiculous return policy and stated I was NOT SATISFIED with the dress. Going back and forth over email they kept telling me it was not their fault and that the dress was made the was it was supposed to. They would NOT refund me my money! They suggested I go and get it altered locally. I would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone! Buyers BEWARE!
I ordered the dress and it said it would take two weeks to come, and to my surprise it came early! I got it and it looks pretty much like the picture on the site, the detailing on the lace is not as defined though when you actually get it. It is the perfect lengths and super elegant. The dress it super pretty and i'm really happy with it! :)

Just sending in my review from my experience. The dress was absolutely perfect on my end. Last minute changed from custom-tailoring to a regular US SIZE4. The dress came perfectly on time 2 days before the event. Which I knew was gonna happen. Thank you so much for making me have the spotlight for the day!
I ordered the dress and it came super fast in like 2weeks the dress is made with great material and it looks a lot like picture I even order it big because online shopping can be a headache it is true to size I have to get it tooken in but overall I'll order from them again. Thanks lalamira
