Ok, to start there jewlery is lower end or considerd costume jewlery, however if a company offers a 1 year warrenty but wont stand behind there product what does that tell you... so i orderd my wife a black plated sapphire ring and it was beutiful and she loved it, but i order for anniversery and paid extra to get deliverd by our annsversery date, lets just say come almost a month late. Afters we finally got it with in 6 month the black completely tarnished off making it very ugly, and after the coating warn off, come to find out it was not even silver as was sold as a silver ring. Sent an email to warrenty dept and they offerd a 20 % discount code to buy another, hum... so as i stated if a company offers a 1 year warrenty and dosent stand behind the warrenty or there product, be leary of this company as a good company would stand behind a quality product. Keep in mind it is lower end cosume jewley and i would buy from them again but being leary of how mutch im spending and on what im expecting.
