I love the ring but I ordered it with some engravings and didn't get them so I'm it sure if it's the type of ring or what

The ring thatvI bought for my wife had the band of stones stop right in the middle of her finger on both sides and the edges are sharp so it hurts her fingers. The edges almost cut into her skin. It's a very bad design the stones should have went further down the ring or all the way around.

It was delivered just as I was told. Beautiful ring and love the jewelry box. Also came with a polishing cloth. It is perfect for my finger... I definitely would recommend this site for any kind of jewelry and advice on care. Perfect!

Billing errors several times while ordering. Site not giving indication as to what was needed to correct.

The ring is beautiful. It is the size I expected and fits perfectly on my middle finger.

Very disappointed. I'm just glad I didn't pay the usual $59.00 to $109.00 prices!

They sent me the wrong item, and at least 20 emails have gone back and forth and they refuse to acknowledge that they made this mistake.
They keep asking me to take pictures of the Ring I got and send pictures of the packaging I received it in it just goes on and on and nothing is getting resolved. I will never order anything from them again! If this is what their customer service is like imagine what their products are like...

It took a while to come in and I bc had yo send out 2-3 emails before hearing back from the company. I also hate not having a phone number to call and check the status of my order.

It took over a month to receive my order. No one contacted me to let me know that there would be a delay. I had to reach out and then I received a response about my order.

So far so good! My jewelry fit perfect and shines so bright.

I am beyond impressed with this beautiful ring. It is rose gold marquise. The size of the stone and the little tiny clusters of three little stones is so stunning. This ring is white sapphire but my aunt who is in love with jewelry didn't know the difference. It came in the mail by DHL and there was a small jewelry box. The jewelry box had my ring in another box inside the jewelry box. How clever.

It was everything I wanted it to be. It was just as described on the website.
