I love the ring but a size 6 is there true size 7. I have been a size 7 all my life and even went to a jewelry store to be sized again. This will be the second ring purchased that has not fit. I took the advice of others and went a half size lower and ordered a 6.5 and it was still to big.

All have been good. Still awaiting a replacement ring for a defective one over 6-9 months ago

I requested to return an item that did not fit my need as it was very large. Since there were no pictures to determine the size of the ring on my hand. When I went to return it from the US, it was 200$. More than the ring. So, you have to keep the product or try to sell it on your own. I won't reorder from them.

The price quoted is not the same. 1st you say free shipping then I get charged and the total amt shown is different than the total billed amt. What gives

The necklaces I choose the chains were the wrong time. And I ordered a bracelet that I customized and they waited 2 weeks to tell me that they don't have it in stock and that was a day before the rest of my stuff was getting ready to ship.

You should have longer chains, chest long. We loved them.

Takes a long time to ship. Ordered as a gift and came after the day I needed it. I ordered in plenty time.

My 4-6 day delivery ended up being around a month. I didn't receive a tracking number until after I emailed to ask about the product. After I inquired about it however I received my tracking number and it arrived very quickly.
