The product itself turned out amazing, but I ordered under the belief it would arrive before valentines, it didn't arrive until a month after.

I didn't care that I didn't know much about my package, I couldn't track it and the site was misleading, is takes a total of 14-20 days not 7 days because they didn't include processing into the mixure

Took way too long to get my ring and wasn't very informed but overall I have received my order and it's beautiful.

Just the receiving the ring took for ever. But i finally got the ring.

Comment: I Love the purchase however my ring is uneven on both sides one side is higher than the other side. & The center piece of the ring was set slightly crooked. & Not centered. Other than that it is a beautiful ring. Because it takes so long in delivery [a month] retuning it & going through the process of preparing, processing & reshipping again will take several months.Im not preparing to wait for it to return back to me that long. So yes I will be keeping the ring. Its really a beautiful ring. Its beautiful even with the faults and all.I Didn't want to send a picture of the ring & write a negative review on the website reviews page so Im reviewing it here.in a email & Voicing my concerns. I don't care how beautiful the jewelry looks online. Terrible customer service, and I am STILL waiting for my item. It's been months (yes, MONTHS) of excuses. Fake shipping labels, no tracking info., no address, busy due to the holidays - the excuses have been endless. It's just not worth it to me. Good luck getting a refund too.

It took almost a month or more for my order to arrive. I paid extra for three day shipping. Well that didn't happen. Still took another week and a half for my order to arrive. Will not purchase from this company again.

The ring is beautiful, but it took a month to receive it. I paid extra for 3 day shipping, and the shipping took over 10 days.

My order doesn't look like the one it was advertised. Very disappointed.
