This is the second ring we have purchased. A week after getting both rings stones fell out and now can't wear them.

Beautiful set but after wearing it only 2 times the stones are falling out

The color of the gem in the picture online is a lot different than what the stone really looks like. It was much bluer than we would have liked. The blue in the picture was much subtler. It honestly just looks way better in the picture than in real life. Also the shipping info was hard to follow and track. Making it hard to know when it was coming and how it was getting to me. It was for a birthday present so timing was important. Not too thrilled with the whole experience..

Takes to long to deliver and I did not realize where it came from

I was sent a coupon code that was to give me 30% discount. After I had already paid full price. Never did get that discount applied

No customer service. I never receive my order high upset the tracking numbers don't track. I want a refund

Very nice ring, nice free gift box, nice having a free cleaning cloth delivered with product...just thought the ring would be a little more shiny...I will see if I can shine it up myself for giving as a gift. But, all in all, very nice.

It is a very pretty piece. Have purchased outs where and wad not happy. Very happy with this product

I absolutely LOVE my rings. They're gorgeous, and almost exactly what I expected. My only issue is that I was lead to believe this is genuine 925 Sterling Silver. The ring is actually S925, Chinese Sterling Silver. The s925 is known for being softer than regular 925, so we will see how the ring holds up. Love the fit, and I believe its 100% true to size.
