I ordered a lace wig, human hair on their website, paid to have it delivered by DHL, it was going to take 6 weeks. The wig arrived 2 weeks later by US mail. The wig was jet black, when I ordered brown, the lace was black, when I ordered transparent. I sent an e-mail to the company. They told me to send it back by US mail, and to say that the wig cost $20, when in fact I paid $293 for the wig. I said I would not lie on the Customs Forms. I spent $63 sending it back to China. They told me that they would only refund 50% of my money because the Customs Fee they had to pay in China was more than the wig was worth. I am still waiting for the 50% refund. If it does not come, I will file a complaint with PayPal. I have e-mail documentation to prove this. Terrible customer service. THEY made the mistake and now I am paying for it.

I've had the wig for about 3 weeks and honestly it's the best i've bought. I bleached the knots and plucked it myself. I was very skeptical because there were mixed reviews about the density. I admit it was thin when i fort washed it but after it dried, all the volume showed. I honestly have no bad things to say about the wig. But maybe a thicker elastic backs in the back would be nice but i made the unit tight enough to be glueless. I DEFINITELY recommend

I just had an incident with Lacewigsbuy early May 2022. I paid 138.99 for a wig on May 3,2022. I sent customer service a message about the wigs thickness, as I am new at this. They recommended 150% thickness; so I asked if I could increase from 130 to 150% or if it was too late. (I had already paid and there's no way to cancel or change the order). I got no response from the company. Five days later, I requested a refund because by this point, I'm thinking I've been scammed (the company comes up as an IT company after you pay). Once I requested a refund, I got a response from "customer service" asking me not to cancel. I kept asking for a refund, but instead of them refunding me, they kept asking me not to cancel the order and said that I'll receive the order (no date provided as to when they would send the wig) Also, their site says you'll receive the wig in 5-6 days... and if dissatisfied, refunds are easy. I found neither to be true. I even gave them time to send the wig after the request to change thickness, but instead of doing so, they kept telling me it'll be sent out and not to cancel. Just fyi, I also ordered a wig from luvme wigs that was more Beautiful and 60.00 cheaper, after I ordered from lacewigsbuy. I thought having two wigs would be great. Well I received the wig from luvme within the 5-6 days as also promised. The delivery date was important because my stylist cut my hair terribly short and I was going out of town, so I really needed the wig to arrive as promised. In the end, I had to file a complaint against lacewigsbuy through PayPal, and PayPal helped get my money back. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LACEWIGSBUY!

I have now ordered two times from them and on both times order was handled quickly. The products are packed well and the wig is of good quality. Best even. I will shop there in future as well.

This is absolutely gorgeous. I'm so happy with this purchase. The wig is so perfect and fantastic. Good quality and it comes in a good condition.

I'm happy with my purchase, the wigs are so beautiful and the quality is worth the price! I'm going to order a few more and play with highlights. I am seriously considering going all synthetic when going for the curly look. No Tangles, No fuss. No Muss! I can slip this unit on as easy as a baseball cap but look like i really took time to do my hair. Will definitely shop again!

After 6 weeks I don't have my order, I asked them after one week: " is everything ok with my order, because I don't see it on website,? They said, " the order is processing " don't worry, after 2 mouth they said so don't HAVE THIS ITEMS ON STOCK!

The site claims if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return for a full refund. Pause... First of all the "return center" is in china. Pause... You have to pay almost half the cost of the wig to return. Pause... The us post office does not track shipments to china. So conveniently my return never made it and I lost $300. Their customer service Pause... is in china and only open when the rest of the world is sleeping. They did nothing to track or make it right after not receiving my lost package.

This company should be closed down! Lousy product, they don't send what is ordered. I advise don't buy from it. Lacewigbuy get your money fast, but extremely difficult to get refund even when it is their fault. TAKE MY WORD!

Have been a customer for several years and put up with slow shipments, bald patches, low quality, etc because I didn't know where else to go. The last wig I received was supposed to be 8". It was in fact 1 1/2"! I contacted them immediately and was told I could send it back, order and pay for another, and then when they get the 1st one back, they'll issue a refund. I said I will send it back, give them the tracking number, and they can send a replacement while the first one is on the way back. I advised them of expectations for customer service in the West and that telling me to send it back at my expense and buy a new one in the meantime is not customer service! Through the chat app on their site I discussed all of it with Lillian who said "Fine. Sent it back." I emailed the shipping receipt with tracking number the next day. Haven't gotten them to respond to emails since. Phone # just rings, and now my password on the site isn't working! Coincidence? Filed Paypal complaint.

Ich hatte im November 2020 bei denen Haare bestellt die nach 3 Monaten erst angekommen sind. Als ich das packet aufgemacht habe habe ich gleich erkannt das die Falschen drinnen waren. Ich habe gelich versucht über die Nummer und der Email Adresse auf der Seite die Firma zu erreichen, leider hat die Nummer sowie die Email Adresse nicht existiert. Ich habe mich mit Paypal in Verbindung gesetzt die mir eine Adresse gegeben haben wo ich die Retoure hin schicken sollte was ich auch gemacht habe, die Retoure hat 50€ gekostet. Jetzt haben wir August 2021 und die Haare kommen zurück von der Post weil die Adresse, die der Verkäufer Paypal gegeben hat, nicht Existiert und keiner will mir mein Geld zurück zahlen. Zugleich hat die Firma Ihre Webseite und Ihren Namen geändert! AUFPASSEN DAS SIND BETRÜGER!

I was sent the wrong wig from this company. It was the wrong style, color, and texture. It was not what I ordered. They wanted me to mail the wig back to them for a cost of 56.90 dollars. Customer service was lousy and I was out 168.99. The company is located overseas. I will never purchase a wig from this company again.

Il ne faut s'attendre à une lace qui dure, mais vu les prix dans les boutiques française franchement, y a pas photo. Le problème c'est que d'une commande a l'autre ça varie au niveau qualité.
A réception, tous va bien, les coutures parfois sont pas top, mais c'est bien tout de même. A réception toujours les cheveux sont toujours au top, après c'est dans le temps, soi il sont de bonne qualité et on passe trois mois sans vraiment de souci ( il faut en prendre grand soin et utilise des produits adaptés) des fois ça s'abîme très rapidement. Je commande une lace tous les trois mois. Ce qui me fait a peu près 1200€ par ans. Donc qualité/ prix après test un peu partout depuis 4 ans c'est pas dégueu, les "petites bourses" s'y retrouve, quand c'est une nécessité et pas une fantaisie...

Not a wig can't comment on that because I never received it has been almost 3 weeks since my order was processed I was assured with would be arriving I still have not received so much as a tracking number when you try to contact the company or you get is a ringing phone not even a voicemail after emailing them several times they said they would look into it PS never heard back I will report on quality of wig if I ever receive It if not I will be calling my credit card company

This was my very first time ordering from LaceWigsBuy.com. I have Alopecia Totalis which means that I do not have any hair. This has been my plight in life for the last 45 years. I've been wear full lace human hair wigs for the last 17 years and I am very happy with my purchase.
1. Would I recommend this company? Yes I would! 2. Would I purchase something else from this company? Yes I will and soon.
This unit/wig is well made and the quality of the hair is very good.

I ordered a "real hair" wig because I am about to have mega chemo where I will lose my hair. First of all, it was very late in being delivered and then, the wig is atrocious! Not only synthetic hair - remember, I paid $149 for real hair - but it looks like a wig - something you would find at the Halloween store for a cheap costume. Very ugly; very fake. I cannot get anyone to call me back - I can't even leave a message at the customer telephone number they have on their website, and no response from email. Don't know if I can get my money back but I'm going to try. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
