If I had option of leaving ZERO stars, I would. Not only did the wigs take a full month plus to arrive, they were very poor quality with colors that were completely unnatural. I followed their precise steps for return; during the return process, they were responsive up until they received the return items and indicated they had initiated refund. My 640 dollar refund never posted to my account and my attempts to reach them via email and telephone went unanswered. Thank God I paid through PayPal who was able to intervene and ensure the refund was received. I would encourage anyone contemplating purchasing through this company to look elsewhere and/or check additional reviews and/or keep documentation of ALL communication with the company and/or pay through a third party like PayPal who can intervene on your behalf if needed!

Placed an order for a human curly wig, 14 inches long on 11/13/24.i finally received it on 12/16/24, and was horrified at what I received. The unit, which cost $278.00 looked nothing like the picture on their website. The one I received was only 10 inches long and the lace was totally inferior. They worked with me to return it, however it cost me another $66 to return it. I'm still waiting for the return of my money for the unit along with the postage fees to return it since I was clearly sent the wrong item. I will never order anything from them again and will definitely file a complaint with the BBB, even though they are in China. Everyone should babe made aware. Do your research on this overseas companies.

I am a color #4. The past 2 wigs I ordered were totally the wrong color. One was red, and the next one was a #1. I am Done ordering from this company.

SCAM! I ordered a $300+ wig. My American Express was charged and I waited two days for some type of receipt. I called for two days with no answer on the other end. Then, I emailed them and asked them to just cancel the order since I had no receipt proving what I had purchased from them. All this occured within 3 days. No response. Amex is chasing them now.

I'm an older person and I've bought a lot of hair during my life but I've never had hair as horrible as this. I put this wig on and put it up in a banana clip to sew it down
Lo and behold the hair matted together so bad I couldn't pull the hair apart. This is beyond tangling. This hair is not as pictured. I notified the company about this matted hair. No response. Everyone read the reviews before you buy. I wished I would have. So disappointed. Someone needs to investigate this business cause all of the bad reviews are saying the same thing I'm saying

Please do not do business with these crooks. Save your money and time. They sent the wrong item and want me to pay 100.00 to ship it back. PayPal said I have to pay return shipping.

They are refusing to Run me my money! Do not buy from them. They sent me an horrible horrible wig and I sent it back but they refused to refund me! They Owe me 272 €. It is shame but I will fight!

I ordered a petite, short wig from this company for quite a bit of money. The wig I received was giant (I ordered petite), the completely wrong style (if one could even call it a 'style') and the color was just so bad - it had multiple colors throughout. When I looked into returning it, the cost of mailing it back to China is $125. I did not mail it back - I don't even know if I would get my money back. Avoid this company - all the products come from or through China and they do not know how to make wigs.

Save your money and time. They are horrible to deal with. They sent me wrong item and I had to pay shipping for return to China. Now they are refusing to give full refund because they don't want to pay customs fee. They are trying to only offer me 50% refund. I paid $540 for this wig. It is not my fault you sent wrong item. They are horrible company. Seriously save your money and time and purchase elsewhere.

First off this company is based out of China. It's where your wig is shipped from and if there is a problem it will cost you ALOT to send it back.If I could give zero reviews I would. I paid over $200 for a human hair wig. It arrived and it was so patchy you could see the cap in many places. It was awful. I reached out to the seller who told me to go and order and Pay For the wig again then return the bad one for a refund. They told me to lie on the customs form and put "synthetic wig" worth $20 or less. I then opened a PayPal case. I immediately got a shipping confirmation from lacewings.com for another wig BUT the tracking number was exactly the same as the first shipment! They were probably trying to run out the clock with paypal so I wouldn't be able to escalate the case which I did immediately.The seller responded to the paypal escalation by offering a full refund if I returned the wig. There was no way to disagree with this on the dispute form so I went to PayPal chat and left a message asking for an agent to please look at my case as I provided a screenshot of the sellers email asking me to lie on a customs form along with the awful pictures. Less than an hour later paypal ruled in my favor,gave me a full refund an said I didn't have to return anything.If you have been taken by these people please fight for your money back!

Buyer beware! I'm trying to get a full refund for products that were in poor quality. Absolutely no customer service as they finally stopped talking to me after several emails. The phone number posted on their site just rings and rings. No answer and no answering machine. Now I'm trying to get my $700 back.

Take note that All REVIEWS on the LACEWIGSBUY.com website require buyers to enter a Tax/VAX number to confirm they actually purchased their product. The problem is that buyers never receive a number. This prevents legitimate buyers from warning potential buyers! A true indication of scammers with fake reviews.

The website shows beautiful wigs, especially the blonde wigs with the realistic coloring of lowlights and highlights which are hard to find. I purchased a blonde wig for $188.99 excited to get a good quality color.

The actual wig is nothing like the highlighted ash-colored wig advertised.
It's a one-tone color of light yellow with no high and low lights. The only use for this wig is for playing a Halloween Goldilocks.

Lacewigsbuy.com is NOT an American company, although the website provides a US number and offers full returns, they fail to list their address. It is only when you need a return or exchange that you learn you must ship it back to China at your own expense.

I purchased weaving hair. The overall quality was pretty good, however, the color totally did not match the color that was advertised. I also purchased a front lace wig. When it arrived it was totally not the wig pictured. It cost me $50 to return the wig USPS; the company refunded the full amount approximately 2 months later.

Five Stars! I love this wig! It's full and beautiful! It does not tangle but it does have minimal shedding which is expected in curly hair! I will give an update in a few weeks on how the hair is maintaining, I'm sure I will buy from this vendor again. Communication and shipping from the seller was easy and fast.

Great communication and it came wayyy earlier than expected. I was really satisfied and happy. The curls are so beautiful and tight but it's true to its length even if it may seem shorter. If you know how to take care of the curls it will stay beautiful. Brushing or combing with a big comb is best and using the right products. Wish I could post me videos but just absolutely in love with this hair. Little shedding, very satisfied :).

I made two orders, one for me, another for my best friend, the wig was a pleasant suprise! The hair is super soft, has a really nice wave pattern, and the lace was soft as well. I washed and conditioned it and it looked even better! Overall, this wig is great quality and a great price.
