The lab Corp black female Technician located at the Care One Clinic on suite 400@ 2222 Greenhouse Rd, Houston Tx is an unpleasant, unprofessional, unproductive technician. She has no good core values that align with the Care One Clinic and the Core Values of the Lab Corp organization. She does not demonstrate good professional quality. She is arrogant, obnoxious, disrespectful, lazy, loud talk, she does not understand the difference between an office and home environment. She lacks good quality office etiquette. She is very insulting to customers. She encourages falsification of records. She is a serious negative negligence risk to the Care One Clinic and the Lab Corp organization. The person drawing the blood has very poor skill level. A huge bruise formed in the area of where blood was drawn. I do not recommend this location or LabCorp for the drawing of blood.
Made an appointment for fasting labs at their Bryn Mawr, PA location, which is closest to me. The earliest they could schedule me on their site for fasting blood work was 1 pm A MONTH OUT. There literally were NO early appointments FOR MONTHS showing on their online schedule. I took the appointment and when I arrived, I checked in via phone per their instructions and was confirmed via text. Then I waited in my car to be called in, per their instruction. After waiting 45 minutes, I went in and inquired when they would take me. I was informed by the front desk person that their Internet was down and they could not see anyone until someone came out to fix it and that I could either wait indefinitely or come back another time. I left, but WALKED IN WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT at 8 am the following morning and they took me within a few minutes -- there were only two other people there who also walked in without appointments because the LabCorp site would not schedule them properly. The front desk person, who was rude, was also the phlebotomist and she appeared to be the only employee working at that location. Today, I got a bill from Blue Cross denying my claim for the blood work I had done there and telling me I'm responsible for the $646 bill. I called BC and when they looked into it, they discovered that LabCorp had submitted my claim to the wrong insurance company. So, TOTAL FAIL for LabCorp on EVERY COUNT. Unfortunately for me I have to continue using them until I'm eligible for Medicare in 2 years. My advice is, don't use them if you have another choice.
An accidental billing led to personal attempts on my part to rectify an OVER DUE BILL sent to me by them. Repeated phone calls were made and all proved futile as they excel in passing the buck. In a nutshell they denied every attempt by my doctor's office to find a compromise and/or resolution, denied every call from my doc's to them implying they never spoke to one another. My MD's office saved every FAX sent to them and they denied having received any FAX. That all said, YOU can draw your own conclusion. I would have added a photo but case is still in appeal
Labcorp located on haven ave is a good place to do my lab works, i always ask for a nurse her name is karoleen, she is so nice and kind.
I have been working with the billing department since June of 2022 (it is currently December of 2022) to figure out why my insurance has decided not to cover a LabCorps bill despite my insurance covering all labs previously and since at 100% before deductible.
It's looking like LabCorp has had their codes wrong and this has caused me a half a year battle with my insurance. LabCorp refuses to be helpful to remedy this or take ownership of this issue.
LabCorp has been so very horrendous to work with. The staff I have spoken to lie to me, interrupt me, take deep and exasperated breaths when talking to me, and are overall rude.
If I am able to avoid them in the future, I surely will.
When is labcorp going to join the 21st century and realize that computers have limitations and that timely test results are critical.
My recent test results were "lost in space" recently without any notification because I had moved. The way you check into labcorp is with your drivers license. In the state of New Jersey because of the back up at the motor vehicle department, a letter noting your new address is sent which is kept in your the glove compartment stating the new address until my license expires in 2025. My results were unreported because the address on the license did not match my changed address. The doctor has the correct address and it appeared on the order. No one in the office could suggest that this might be the problem. It truly is a "brain dead process" for the workers, no human problem solving skills necessary. The check in lady who calls your name from behind a wall in the back of the reception area, lucky I can hear, gave me a customer service number to call. This inability to change the address efficiently in the labcorp system until my drivers license in changed in 2025 is inexcusable. But here is the strange part; I told reception there was an address change back in September and those tests were posted with out a problem. A lot of unreliable information across the process.
3 different quest places. No one could take my blood. Went to Tina in downingtown and she was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend. Lancaster Pike in Downingtown. I hope I am leaving this on the appropriate website so she received the accolades she deserves.
The payment center customer service i not to be dealt with by a amateur. These people are rude, smart $#*! people. I've never had such a big problem before paying someone money. This company rely needs to revaluate their customer service training.
The customer service is absolutely awful. Had to come twice in the same day because they are understaffed. Come with zero directions and do my test. I am told it's not enough and they threw it away. She gives me a cup and tells me to drink a lot of water, cooler is in the front room. Then asks me how much I drank and I said about 6 cups. She yells at me "stop. Omg...stop drinking." She proceeds to go back in the front area and talks with the front desk rep about me and is laughing. The one front desk person is in training and they had her there alone this morning when I first came and she is not fully trained so I had to come back this afternoon. Unreal experience and just plain unprofessional. All of the sighing, slamming objects, and talk about unsanitary! I had to wipe off the toilet seat because it had urine on it. Just gross...I was under the impression they had to clean it after every person. This place is just a horrible business.
Went to Labcorp for blood work. What an awful experience. I was with my daughter who was very nervous about the experience. I told her I would stay with her. First thing, I was told I could not go back with her. I told them I needed to stay with her. They did not answer but did not stop me. Then she had a water bottle because she had needed water for some time. They said we could not take water bottle into the room. We explained it was not a drug test. I set it outside the door and they said no. They wanted me to leave it unattended in the common area. Then she stuck my daughter twice which did not surprise me - I speculated that Shana would make the process as painful as possible as payback. Shana was rude and uncaring. Caused undue pain to my daughter. It has been an hour and her first arm used still stings and hurts badly. Getting blood taken does not hurt when done by a professional who is skilled. Shana is not skilled -- or she is and she did this on purpose. I will never again use Labcorp. We arrived to an empty waiting room - still waited 10 minutes to be greeted and another 10 minutes to be called back. The place was EMPTY! Never again.
Totally incompetent! Had to draw 2 vials of blood and I swear she drove the needle into my tendon and then applied so much pressure while removing she probably tore the bottom of the vein.
What does it take to be civil to the people in your facility? I had the rudest technician at the Succasunna NJ office this morning. Didn't say two works to me, didn't ask which arm I would prefer for the blood draw and then proceeded to walk out of the cubicle without saying another word. Was she finished with me? I walked out never to return to this site again. Unbelievable!
I had an appointment. I am 70 years old, fasted since midnight. Arrived on time and checked in. LabCorp did not call my name. I spoke with desk personnel. She took the lab requisitions and my insurance card. Promised to text me in my car. Did not text me until 2 1/2 hours after my appointment time. Her attitude and demeanor was mean, apathetic, complaining, uncaring. I left, never had my blood drawn. She took other patients before me who appeared to be walk-ins although I had an appointment made weeks ago. She seemed to discriminate against me.
To begin with I used to like Labcorps. They had an easy to get into location that you could easily schedule appointments with and be seen as soon as you walked in. Well, that location closed recently. This leaves the entire Sacramento Metropolitan area with only two providers. Getting an appointment required planning nearly a week in advance. Today I went for my appointment and forgot my slip. I asked the technician if she could schedule another appointment for me and she laughed and just told me to do it on line. She was too busy? I then asked her how Labcorps was able to serve the entire Sacramento area with just two locations and she again laughed like it was a joke. She told me that they were short handed, people were out sick etc. etc. They could not hire more help, the list went on and on. Basically she did not instill any confidence in their services. I told her Quest was not like this and she replied they were booked for weeks out at all locations? I checked and this is a straight up falsehood. I am not sure why Blue shield contracts with this lab honestly. They are forcing folks to drive for miles due to the inadequate number of labs in the area. Sacramento has metropolitan population of well over a million people. But Labcorps feels two labs are sufficient? Somehow Blue Shield thinks this is good business for their insured? This is just another example of a failing healthcare system here in California.
My doctor wanted me to do a 24-hour urine specimen test. So for 24-hours you are required to pee only in this jug. I had to go to LabCorp, and pick up the empty jug, and for 24 hours basically stay at home and pee in the jar. I did the 24 hour specimen dropped it off the next morning at LabCorp - gave it directly to the technician. Then nothing! No test results - my doctor's office called me since they had not received the results. I started calling and sending emails to LabCorp. They responded via email by asking for information to "assist them in locating my specimen" which I had already provided in my email. Then again NOTHING. No follow-up - absolutely nothing! If they lost it - fess up so I could do it again. I guess I should be happy they didn't charge me or my insurance company for it!
I would like to take a moment to acknowledge Chhaya Mehta for her compassion in drawing blood.
Thank you so much.my visit on 11/10/22 was awesome.

Test results should take two days, but this place no response even after one week. Impossible to talk to customer service, and when you get a human agent, you will be talking to rude unprofessional one!
On 9/27/2022 I had a blood test done by labcorp the insurance did not cover it and they charged me $1,469.00. So I called the Doctor that wrote out the script and she said she could had done for under $500.00. So beware of labcorp they will take advantage of you and rip you off.
I have to say today I found out my favorite person was let go from he say she say this young lady has been doing my wife's blood work from day one when we first met her at Walgreens... One of the best! A big heart and honest... Has helped every single patient to perfection this is so crazy 1904 Genesee Street in Utica NY lost one good person who has went a million miles over and over to help each patient no wonder your ratings are so low you treat your employees horribly
