LabCorp is a scam. I paid for a test and was told I could go to a lab 32 miles from my house, which was okay since we live in a very small town. After I paid for the test I called them for an appointment and was told they are a third party lab and cannot accept me as a LabCorp patient. I was told I have to go to a lab over 100 miles away. When I contacted LabCorp "customer service" they were unbelievably rude and no help at all. I was on the call for 45 minutes and most of that time was on hold. Finally I asked for a supervisor and was put on hold once again. The next thing I knew I was connected to an even ruder person who said I was speaking to Pixel and they are not associated with LabCorp which, of course, is an outright lie. When I would talk to this person she would not respond and finally I would say "are you still there?" She would say "yeah, what do you want?". Rude, just plain rude!

If I could give it NO STARS, I would not rate it at all. LabCorp is just that bad. I had a COVID test over 10 days ago. I was told that I would have my results within 3-5 days and Labcorp still hasn't completed the analysis yet. What makes it even worse is that I received an email in my patient portal stating that my results were ready and when I went to review them they weren't posted.
I have called again and again and keep getting a different completion date every time I call. I am an individual with other medical conditions. Lack of results is preventing me from having other necessary medical treatments. I feel like going somewhere else having my test done, believing that the results will be much faster than waiting on Labcorp. I spoke to customer service 4 times and the worst customer team ever. I spoke to a young lady by the name of KHULOD who was the most unprofessional and rudest person to have ever worked in customer service. I want a call back and expect one ASAP.

I am SO angry and disappointed with LabCorp. I went last Wednesday to get a Corona Antibody test and have STILL not received my results a week later. Not only have they not sent over my results to my doctor, my results are not available on the portal online and when I call to have my results sent over they are extremely unhelpful. I just want to know if i am POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE for the antibody for the health and well being of my family and LabCorp is making it impossible to achieve this. My friend went to Medexpress and got his results the next day via email. I will NEVER use Labcorp again and will make sure none of my friends and family do. You would think they would want their patients informed about their health and hopefully not be SPREADING the virus, but it is impossible to know this when you cant get your results.

Online instruction stated they will text. One hour passed so I went inside. She stated she called my name out instead- I was parked right across their door. She most likely called out "inside" of their waiting area. Finally she comes to me, w a butterfly. Ok that's fine. But yet, she failed x2 (which is the limit). She went so superficially and so I instructed her to go on a lil higher angle as the vein can be deep. She didn't listen. I said she can still get it- pull a lil, go a higher angle, and go forward. She didn't want to and insisted she's already in the vein- clearly she's not cuz she's not getting any blood, Jesus Christ! This lady will never learn as she's being stubborn. That vein is super plump that students always get it the first try. Been an RN 28 years, nursing professor of 14 years including teaching IV & Blood Withdrawal classes. Good luck w the elderlies after me- their veins are way much harder.

Terrible experience
June 11, 2020

I would have rated LabCorp zero stars if it was an option. The receptionist at the counter was rude too me along with the gentleman that was before me in line. They also were not following social distancing guidelines, chairs were not six feet apart. Not only was I disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff but I did not feel safe in the overcrowded waiting area. If possible, I recommend using another company.

It should be a policy for people to where masks while in waiting room. I was spit and coughed on... on purpose the guy wasn't even a patient. He had the nerve to spit at my feet because I went outside. It wasn't the labs fault..

Horrible
June 8, 2020

Waited outside for 2 1/2 hours with no call because they said since covid-19 I had to and they would call even thought there was a sign saying it was optional and people were waiting inside but she told me I had to wait outside, I don't have a/c and had to leave due to almost having an asthma attack.

I was told I would have my results in 1 to 3 days. It has been 7 days and I still have not seen my results. I have called multiple times and left two voicemails and nobody will return my call. Very dissatisfied with the service.

We had labcorp 30 years ago in Indiana and the staff consistently messed things up. Not sure if it is their training or the staff followed us to Florida. The DeLand shop didn't require patients to wear masks and the sign in screen was greasy with finger prints. I wouldn't touch it. Receptionist signed me in and things went somewhat smoothly. But then I needed one test to be redone - not their fault. A couple of hours before that appointment I got call they were closing early but I could go to Orange City. The note on Orange City door said everyone must wear mask but young woman sitting next to door didn't have one. They didn't have my order - it was at the other lab and couldn't get it. But if I told them my doctor's phone number they would see if he'd fax it over. I didn't have the number and they refused to look it up telling me no test today. So hoping my insurance company signs with another lab.

Today I had an appointment at the Doylestown LabCorp at 800 W. State Street. I was taken in promptly. I asked the woman to please us a butterfly needle as sometimes my veins can be a challenge to get into. She complied. After looking at a few sites on my arms and hands, she chose a vein in my arm, which was not successful. At least she treated me respectfully. I was sent to the restroom to give a urine sample. When I came back to the room, no one was present. Finally a heavy-set woman appeared. I also asked her to use a butterfly needle, which she ignored. She immediately had me clench my right fist and jabbed in the large needle and got nothing. She asked if I had drank water, to which I replied "yes." She kept jabbing the needle deeper and deeper and it began to hurt and I said it hurt. She pulled it out and said, "you're done. You're too tense. You can go somewhere else." And she continued in a rude fashion to berate me. I said, "You won't like the Google review I'm going to give you." She kept repeating have a good day. I have never been treated in this fashion. I have typically gone to a Quest facility to have blood drawn one every other year. No one has ever had a problem getting blood from me if they use the butterfly needle. This is completely unacceptable to treat someone like this. I WILL NEVER STEP INTO ANOTHER LABCORP FACILITY!

The phlebotomist who drew my blood this morning did not wear his mask correctly. It was not covering his nose. This was during the elderly, vulnerable citizen hour!

I just got a 'second notice' on a a lab bill for almost $400 which I had no idea why I was getting this and never received the first notice. I called and Labcorp said rather rudely my doctor had ordered and I owed the bill. I had just finally been able to review with medicare and my 2nd insurance company - nearly impossible right now with COVID and was unhappy as to why my doctor had ordered blood work not covered but was just going to pay it. And today I received a COLLECTION Notice on it. We are just beginning the phase one to come out of stay at home orders and my brother in law died from the virus which gave me concern for my 77 year old husband. Who the hell are these people to handle it this way at this time. It's the holiday weekend but I will call personally when they reopen and tell them how I feel. But I'm so angry about it now that I am posting my first review ever... on anything. Total disgrace from a medical lab in the midst of what we're going through. They should be the ones going out of business.

They charge you a non-refundable $10 charge to request testing. This charge isn't made for any other services. They just trying to make a fast buck off you. They say they will find the agency to charge if you don't have insurance, do not believe them!

I had the COVID-19 Antibody test on May 13th ONE test but received 2 results.
One sent to my email showed " positive "
Later when I logged in to my account it showed " negative"
I called and spoke to them and was told they'll have a supervisor call me back, but have not heard back. Also, I do not known the physician's name listed on the form is unknown to me.
