Incompetent
February 25, 2022

Simply put, the phlebotomists are incompetent. I have been trying to get my blood drawn for three days now, each time i fast, I drink plenty of water, I'm patient until they start trying to get blood from a vein in my hand, moving it all around as if they were "so close" they clearly try and go for what they can see instead of feel. Seriously, spare yourself and go anywhere but labcorp.

February 24, 2022

I went to get blood work and was told that I would be charged approximately 150.00. I got my bill yesterday and it was 800.00! Do not go here.

Labcorp must be losing money harassing me
February 22, 2022

Labcorp has some serious issues with their billing department that doesn't benefit anyone.

I got three vials of blood drawn so that a manifold of tests could be done on them. Since, labcorp has been flooding my inbox with mail. Instead of one big bill, I've been sent more little tiny bills than I can count. Most of them are less than $15. And apparently not all of those bills are being sent in the first place because after I went through with paying all of them, I'm now getting notices threatening to take me to collections for bills I never received before based off of the different invoice number. Who knows, maybe they're scamming me. The largest of those collection notices was for $12. I got those labs done like a month or two ago, and last I heard it usually costs a minimum of $15 to send a bill to collections so I don't know what kind of crack they're smoking but it must be some strong stuff. I swear with the credit card fees and all the money they're spending on mail I wouldn't be surprised if they're losing serious money harassing me unnecessarily

LabCorp is very quick to put a bad permanent (7 years) mark on your credit report if you can't pay a medical bill. They use a collections company called RADIUS GLOBAL SOLUTION. Watch out!

I've had the same condition for 12 years. It takes no more than 2 to 3 days Maximum to get my blood test results back. It's been 17 days and NO RESULTS from LabCorp. I keep writing them & the story changes, even lying to me repeatedly and my Doctor's office. What in the world in going on with LabCorp? I keep hearing TONS of complaints about them from others and my own Doctor's office. Get it together or get out of the business. Geez! Some of us have to make serious medication decisions based on our bloodwork!

I just had my first lab draw at the LabCorp office on Bob Hope Dr in Rancho Mirage CA.
It was a pleasure and must say the nurse who drew my blood was sincerely caring, respectful and so polite that I felt it necessary to tell as many people as possible. Kind, considerate caring people really need to be recognized.
Kudos for making it a wonderful experience!
Thank You
Sure do wish I knew the nurses name who did the blood draw?

Not only was the person at the front desk extremely rude, the whole place smells like cat urine. Their hours of operation are ridiculous for people who have real jobs. It was so bad, I want to give you a 0. But that's not possible, so I give you a 1.

I got right in at the time of my appointment. Mary Youssef was gentle and efficient. The lab was clean. The staff was friendly. All around good experience.

Safe protocol - No way
February 6, 2022

The lab was really fast, in and out…however, Chris was running around the lab without a mask, when he did put it on it did not cover his nose. Nor did he wash his hands. And, when he put the needle to my arm, I had to remind him to do an alcohol wipe. Had I not said something, he would have inserted without cleaning, and when he did insert, he went in sideways, again I had to say something. I get blood draws monthly. I was concerned enough to get this information out to the folks using this lab. Be it known, I contacted their corporate office…the complaint department lady was mortified…

The people I spoke to over the phone for the initial screening were very contradictory and had integrity issues, they lied a lot!
I've been to 3 separate screenings, and I have concluded that it is just a con - to take a large amount of blood. The nurses made me feel nervous as well, they didn't seem to be very well trained. Shaky hands aren't a good luck.

Horrible experience
January 11, 2022

Had blood draw on January 11,2022, tech named Danielle. She was unprofessional and rude. Left location and walked less than 20 feet, where site was still bleeding and draw site had soaked through bandage and my blouse. Returned immediately, where she changed bandage and never said keep pressure to draw site prior to leaving or apologize for her inability to perform her job. She should be disciplined and trained in how to be a professional and not being so concerned about what her co-worker is having for lunch.

I had pre-op bloodwork on December 21 at the Lab Corp on Saint Georges Ave in Linden on December 21 and in January I received a letter from Lab Corp dated January 5 that I was in close contact with an employee who tested positive for Covid 19. What I don't understand is that LabCorp has my email which is how they let me know my test results are in and they also have my cell phone as they text me when it's my turn to come into the facility, so why in the world would they notify me by postal mail long after the quarantine period and certainly long after I would have infected others? If this is the way a healthcare provider is operating, I can't imagine how much worse other industries are behaving with their notifications. You really can't trust anyone, so make sure you protect yourself best you can.

Covid PCR test
January 8, 2022

I needed a PCR test within a 72 hour window to board an international flight. Day 4 and still no test results. No one answering phones and no one answering customer service e mails. I did get hold of a lady after 48 hours had passed ( their website says PCR test results within 1 or 2 days). I told her I had a flight early the following morning and was concerned my results were not in yet. She supposedly looked it up and said they were being processed ( they clearly were not) What a joke. It cost me $6000 of non refundable airline tickets, hotel and car rentals. I wish I would have checked these reviews before using them. My bad. Never use or trust this company. They are a complete joke. No after spending the last 24 hours trying to salvage the situation I finally had to throw in the towel as it is now Saturday and no way to contact anyone until Monday and no one is answering so called customer service online enqireries. Beyond angry with these jokers.
