Cancelled

I ordered three air purifiers I changed my mind right after I ordered them called to cancel they said it was too late again I cancelled within an hour of buying on line. I put it on my credit card they refunded the charge package arrived at my home and I refused it UPS took it back to Lab Charge and they had moved no one was home holy cow what a strange company always use a credit card so glad I did

Absolutely disgusting what they did. Ive got print screens of Customer Chat, saying theyd refund me within 48 hours, but no, they lie, lie, lie. Avoid at all costs!

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Took a month to get the return label after requesting it. That was December, 2020, and we still haven't received our refund. They no longer have a phone so you can't talk to someone, only email. Their emails are canned and repetitive. We found their ad on Facebook and gave honest feedback. So honest they deleted our posts and banned us from making any additional posts. However, they did leave the option to share their site! Bottom line, don't get involved or have anything to do with this company unless you have a desire to throw your money away. It would be interesting to see the amount of money they have "scammed" and "stolen" from people who believed in their product and wanted to support their business. Don't let them get you.

Air filter

To all, Do not order air purifier units from Lab Charge! I was scammed out of $120.00 by them. After many communications back and forth with them, including pictures for them I finally got a return shipping label. No response they received it so I turned it into the Better Business. I got an answer from them this morning (after a month) that they had no response from Lab Charge so the case was closed and I would have to pursue small claims court. I'm done with these crooks. Time for an attorney, bad lesson Hope no one else gets taken by these crooks. Xoxo

Still waiting on refund since Feb. This year. Now they will not answer my messages. What to do now? I am at at a loss! The U.S. postal service verified they received the return on Feb. 4 th.

Worst company of the year

I ordered and paid for two air filter units but never received them. All I kept getting was promises of tracking number. The company promised a two to three day express delivery but it is now over two months and no delivery or refund as promised when I cancelled order. They have also stopped replying to my emails. Surely there is some form of action can be taken against companies like this who advertise on Facebook, take money and don't supply product.

Do not rely on LabCharges' returns policy...

Having bought 4 of these to cover the main rooms of the house we just found the noise levels too intrusive. Now I recognise that we all have different sensitivities but for us we needed to return them. Relying on the stated returns policy, ie 'for any reason' we got nowhere. The company didn't refuse to give us a return label, our reason was initially accepted by the support person, but after 6 weeks and several more emails to the company nothing more has been heard.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Ordered 3 of the filters, bait and switch totally not as advertised. When I called they told me that they would send replacements. 2 months later I called again and they said the owner had covid and everything was on hold. Now you call and there is no phone option only email. So upsetting.

How would I know?

The air purifier was a gift in which I am so grateful. But when asked if i noticed if the quality of air had improved, my answer was I could not tell a difference in the air and when I went to wipe down the filter there was nothing to wipe off after 4 to five weeks since I have set it up in my house; I was surprised that there wasn't any dust or anything to wipe off.no dust or anything. At all to with Ed could tell a difference... Although, I can't tell a difference in air quality; I certainly don't want to claim there is no improvement. I just don't know how to put it to the test. Maybe I could get feedback if labcharge will read this review.

No stars, it shows it's a reasonable size on there site. Lol It arrived today, the size of a bluetooth speaker. So freeking disappointed.

I ordered some ionic air cleaners from this company. After a few days, I asked when they were going to ship. You are lucky to get a response from this company within 72 hrs. I was advised 3-5 business days before shipping. I had to cancel the order because I was going to be out of town and I didn't want my package sitting on the porch all week. After several days of going back and forth with them about cancelling my order, I got an shipping notice from them. I told Sofia, the employee that she had plenty of time to cancel the order and I threatened to complain to BBB. Later I got a call from the manager, stating he had stopped the shipment, and would refund my money two days later... I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND TWO WEEKS LATER! I WILL DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD... Absolutely the worst company for customer service... I am glad I cancelled the order. Imagine the problems if I had an issue with their product!
