Absolutely TERRIBLE company!

Awful awful awful company and customer service! Almost non-existent, but they want somebody there just to lead people on and get them off their backs in hopes that they give up. Word of advice, avoid this company like the plague!

Products are poor quality, 1 of them started a VERY high pitch whine and is grinding only after 5 days of use. I purchased them directly from the joke of a company's website. Upon checking into their "guarantee" with customer service, it took about 2 weeks for somebody to respond. They responded with a very generic copy and paste tutorial to deal with technical issues. I tried all the tutorial said, still broken so I let them know and even sent them a video of the issue.

Customer service is STILL avoiding me and will not accept accountability. I'm assuming because they know it's a bad unit and they don't like to replace them, as I've read online. I will now file an official complaint with the BBB to see if they can step in to hold the terrible company accountable for their poor quality products and services.

I purchased six air purifiers from this company less than a year ago, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.

Two of the units have already started making loud, abnormal noises. Since the products are still fairly new, I contacted customer support for help. They initially responded by sending troubleshooting instructions. I carefully followed all of the steps they provided, but the problem did not improve at all.

After that, I sent them videos clearly showing and demonstrating the issue. Since then, I have not received any response from their support team. The lack of follow-up and customer service is extremely frustrating, especially considering these products are less than a year old.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again, and I cannot recommend their products. When issues arise, reliable customer support is essential, and unfortunately that has not been my experience.

GARBAGE SCAM

These things are absolutely useless. My ad said 2 days shipping, it took 10 days with very inaccurate "tracking". It's basically a bright night light with a tiny fan inside. The instructions say it might take 8-12 weeks to notice any changes in the air. I attempt to return because "satisfaction is guaranteed"- but you must pay a 25% "restocking fee". Horrible customer "service"is just scripted Ai answers. Phone number on box is not working. Worst purchase of my life. Avoid this fly by night company at all costs. Look at the comments on Amazon, average rating of 2.5 out of 5 stars.

I feel your company is fraudulent I bought these air purifiers thinking they would kill bacteria and viruses and then was told it didn't. Your advertising is misleading. STILL WAITING FOR REFUND.

This company is a money grab. Bought 3 to get 4. Fine. One showed up with a defect. Replaced for free. Awesome. HOWEVER, 2 more defects came up and I(the customer) was expected to pay shipping and handling for $20 each. I had them for just over 5 weeks. Sent emails back and forth about how poor of customer service it is and they won't budge. I refuse to pay for a bad product. If I broke it or did something negligence then fine. It literally sat on tables lol. They just want more money for their poor product.

I purchased three air purifiers in January. Within a week on using it, one unit began to make a buzzing, grinding sound. I tried, as they suggested, numerous things to fix. No go. They asked me to send them a video of the defective unit, which I did. They agreed it was faulty- here's the kicker...to get a replacement of their faulty purifier I have to pay a $20 shipping charge. No way! I'm not paying more money for them to replace their faulty unit. Avoid this company as I now see this is a common complaint.

Stay clear from this company, they will rip you off and sell garbage. Unfortunately I'm stuck with these humidifier that are garbage and will not get my money back $225 cause I missed the window of return. That was the last income after many unanswered emails.

What customer service?

I purchased 2 of the filters less than 2 months ago. One developed a loud noise and I requested a replacement.
Their service department insists on charging for shipping when their warranty clearly states FREE REPLACEMENT. There is NO disclaimer about the $20 shipping charge.

Buyer Beware

Bought two Labchatgers…. One stated buzzing loudly. Tried everything but still wouldn't stop. Have had then five or six weeks. Said to send a video and I don't know how to do it so asked if I could call for them to listen to it… no need a video with sound… asked if I could mail it back at my expense… no need a video. Horrible rip off company…. Buyer Beware!

Absolute and total scam
September 20, 2024

Ordered items. Cancelled order prior to shipping. Order came anyway. Returned items (with tracking) via ADDRESS LABEL THEY PROVIDED, item
Was returned to us. Took many emails to get a new updated return label. Weeks of runaround. Items were returned. Tracking shows they received.

Now their emails claim "empty boxes are a problem"
And "more time is needed to confirm validity of my return(s). It has been over a month with no refund nor resolution in sight!

No phone number for them for obvious reasons.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

The Emperor Is Naked - Scam

This is a fake device with nothing more inside than a USB converter circuit, red, green, and blue LEDs and driver chip, a switch and a fan. Everyone needs to know that LabCharge is promoting snake oil at consumers expense. Placed in the inside bottom of the device there's a magnet to give the unit stability and weight. I have been in electronic component repair on the bench and in the field for 45 years. LABCHARGE should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law for extreme fraud. What is the main component of a real ionizer? The main component of an ionizer is an emitter that creates an ionizing field for air to pass through. The emitter can be made of electrostatically charged plates or a high-voltage wire or carbon fiber brush. The only thing missing here is an actual ionizer circuit. This is nothing more than a mood light with a fan.

Purchased 5 of the labcharge air purifiers that came with a 2 year full replacement and after 90 day of use this is what happened when I reached out to customer service they wanted $20 dollars to ship the new ones, after several weeks I gave up, I would not purchase these ever again …..

My wife purchased a 4-pack of Lab Charge air purifiers. One failed within the 90-day warranty period. Lab Charge wants us to pay $10 to have a replacement shipped out for a $30 purifier. What a ripoff!

I ordered 4 of these units. None worked. They have a 30 day no questions asked return policy but when I contacted them, they gave me the run around! Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. I am disputing the charges.

I got in the mail today. I could not get the adapters to fit in the ports. It was hard to tell which one went in which port. I do not recommend that you waste your money on this. Read the reviews above. Most customers are done dissatisfied.

Air Purifier

I bought three units. My order arrived within the time frame they promised.
They appear to work fairly well but only when I remember to clean the filter every two weeks. I've never needed to contact LabCharge so, I don't know what their customer service is like.
