No eyeshadow singles to fill your empty single palette you previously purchased, no previous eyeshadow palettes- only the 2 most recent ones available and some of the best selling lipstick shades and glosses have been discontinued. It SUCKS now. Kylie obviously doesn't care that her money making brand went to complete utter crap. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AWFUL F GRADE BRAND ANYMORE.

Kylie Cosmetics blush in Winter Kissed is absolutely perfect if you want that super pink but pretty pink on your cheeks this romantic holiday. Looks great on all skin tones and blends out perfect!

My grandmother bought a Kylie Skin Set recently and when she tried using the moisturizer with a pump nothing would come out so she pumped 53 times until some product would come out and when it did it was just a little squirt. After 3 weeks of using it she cut it open and there was no product inside! She emailed customer service and they said that they would respond in 48 hours but it has been 2 weeks and they have still not responded. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Way to my much money for spray bottles to break and not work. Definitely not what is advertised. Would never buy again.

I never received my order. I contacted their customer service, but no one got back to me. I tried multiple different ways of contacting them, but still heard nothing back. I'll never be shopping from this website again.

I used to love Kylie cosmetics. When she came out with her first set of lip kits I bought them all. I've purchased from her bundles and birthday collections. I stopped for a while because I noticed the quality was getting worse and worse. When she came out with the nightmare on Elm st collection I HAD TO HAVE IT. Big mistake. The palette is chalky and hardly screams Halloween or Freddy Krueger and one of my lip glosses was broken. When I tried to reach out for a refund or replacement they asked for all these pictures, which I provided, but there was a "error" submitting my request. Do not waste your money on over priced products

It's extremely disappointing when foreigners who are just trying to take advantage of Black Friday deals to actually be able to afford these luxuries, just get penalised and are given no help to actually rectify the matter from the brand.

Order placed during Black Friday sale, order went through.
My bank account was deducted and then refunded just to find out the order was cancelled.

Customer service was of no assistance to try and help the working class who are trying afford these luxuries with a crushing exchange rate while still supporting the brand.

Happy help? Really I given multiple solutions like creating a new cart with the same discounts, a separate payment link so I could try again or even an in-store discount for when I am in the states.
As these discounts are the only way foreigners are able to afford such things.

I can't get an order I made with my own credit card and then told too bad try again later.
As the solution given is to have to pay full price in future, or wait for another promotion while increasing the brands instagram following, if I am to order again because it could of somehow been fraudulent transaction but the client (me) is saying it's not.

Is there no sense of brand appreciate of the consumer?
Utterly disgusted that there's no sense loyalty to the consumer base.
Is this really in service to the customer?

I made a purchase one day before a big sale and they would not honor a price adjustment or a return which could have saved me almost $50.

Buy because is good product don't buy just because is kyle! Buy product which good not because is famous

I ordered product's from website and never received them. Has the worst customer service and refund process. I will no longer shop her product and will be sure to spread the word. I feel robbed by Kylie Jenner

I wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering.
My only Pro is that my order came super quick! I ordered on a Sunday and I received it on Wednesday.
Cons- colors are not what they appear. Mine both appears to be a very light, soft neutral pink matte color. Nope! Both are darker with darker brown hues.
I emailed customer service right away asking about a return policy and they responded with they are happy to help but there are no returns or exchanges. I was also told because the products are now vegan etc that could change the color as well as I have to be mindful that the models have different coloring so colors could appear different. I responded back by telling them they should clearly state this on the site. I also added that I see that this color thing has been an ongoing problem long before the product became vegan and it should have been addressed long ago.

I dont want to give any star to kileycosmetics. Its a scam. I ordered items 2 months back worth 70$ and I did not receive my item. I have been sending emails to the customer service and they are absolutely worthless. They send me automated emails that my product is on transit and that I should contact my local post office which I did several times and they have no clue. This is a complete scam! Please do not order from this brand. They take your money and then send you stupid emails

Do not Buy it. They don't allow refunds OR an exchange. I will also leave this negative review on the Better Business Bureau website and other websites to inform as many people as possible about my negative experience, and to dissuade them from doing business with this company.

I ordered lip products, the products and the packaging are very poor quality (not worth the money). There is weird smell and my lips started to irritate after applying the lipsticks. Order arrived after two months as well, will never buy again and will not recommend

I ordered a pallet and somehow it came broken and it took me forever to even find a legit number and email and i sent an email and never got a reply back i wanted to give her another chance with her makeup but every time i go online everything is sold out and everything and this is so unprofessional she needs to learn to restock her stuff because its been mad long before I barely seen anything out of stock on her website she is slacking so bad right now and her makeup her eyeshadow pallets have such bad fall out the ones with glitter just a heads up its sad because the colors are so pigmented and beautiful but have wayyyyy too much fall out it is very disappointing

Used to be a fan of Kylie cosmetics and Kylie. Recently have realized how tone deaf she has been, rolling out new makeup lines every couple of days. The greed and self-obsession is hard to watch. Every product is the same essentially but somehow she claims it all is "her favorite ever launched" or "unlike anything she's ever done" or "absolutely the best formula" (as she reads off the packaging what is in it because she doesn't actually know). Oh, also, has she paid her workers in Bangladesh yet?
