This is a good company! It has stylish products. It has interesting products. The products was worth buying.

I have never had acne, but this product made me brake out like I'm 14 yo. Wtf is in it? It doesn't even have spf.

Thought about purchasing Kylie cosmetics, but seeing and reading the bad reviews… well yikes. Not going to waste my money on terrible products. I'll stick with Sephora!

On February 14,2023, there was sale going on for $10 lipstick. So I bought 13 lipsticks which I thought pretty good deals. It took me a day or two to get an email Order Confirmation that's because I kept bombardare with my email. Then because of they processed my order a day after the sale was ended, they charged me with regular price. It's not my fault and it was their problem to slowly process the order. Please be aware of their business! If this is how they run your company, sorry you just lose ONE customer.

This company is basically a scam. They have a "no returns or refunds" policy, so unless you can PROVE that your items arrived defective, they will NOT give you a refund.

I placed an order in error and literally within 10 minutes I emailed them that I didn't mean to place it and wanted to cancel it. They said that "the order was already packed" (somehow?) and there was "nothing they could do."

What companies in 2022 aren't offering a refund for a simple misplaced order? What a scam. How hard is it to cancel my order and refund it when EVERY OTHER COMPANY somehow manages to do that (especially if the order was just placed).

So now I'll be getting some cosmetics I don't need. Thanks Kylie. Just another example of the rich penny-pinching the little guys.

I have been purchasing Kylie cosmetic products for years, unfortunately the quality has gotten worse. Packaging for the products is sloppy, all of of cases for the lipsticks were open, the eye shadow palettes were coming apart. So cheaply made especially for the price you are paying for. The lipstick colors do not
Match the ones on her website either. Very frustrating, this will be the last time I purchase from Kylie cosmetics!

I absolutely hated the gloss. It is super sticky and does not glide on easy. The colors were pretty enough, but it feels cheap.

I ordered my first lipsticks from Kylie cosmetics, a lipstick kit in Sweater Weather and a lipstick in Angel, both were drastically different than the colors provided. Sweater weather was pumpkin orange and Angel was brown. I even sent photos of it on my pale white skin to show proof that it looked nothing like the photos and they came back and said all sales are final and colors look different on different skin tones. True but they have 3 different skin tones shown on their website and none of that explains how there is orange in a color that should be mostly pink. Also looking back at the photos that they show, Angel looks like a lighter pink on the same model on the site but in reality it is a much darker brown. They really don't care about their products or customers. Below is a photo I took, the color on the left is Sweater Weather and the one on the right is Angel.

I Love all my New Kylie skin care! I received as a Mother's Day present and since have ordered $150 more on products! Keep up the Great work Kylie and don't let the haters bring you down!

Her eyebrow liners break when you are applying it, they are so thin and it has just a little piece of liner a very small amount. I will stick with the Sally's Beauty Supplies

I do like some of the lip colours because they're not drying, however many of the lip colours are not what they appear to be with regard to color. That's disappointing because it's a waste of money if I get a colour that's misrepresented on the website and I can't wear it. Also, I have waited up to 19 days for my items to be shipped to me. That's unacceptable in my opinion. I order from many companies in the US that ship items out right away and I receive my merchandise within a week or less.

I won't be buying from Kylie online in the future because the colours are often misrepresented. Perhaps if I can try on or test the product in store that may be a different story.
I believe that Kylie should not concern herself with bringing out new product lines but firstly fix the issues with poor CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as the issue with the misrepresented colours on her website.

I used shampoo and conditioner on my daughter, it didn't even wash hair or shine. It doesn't smell like anything. It is pricey for the product I received, then for final sale, no returns, now I know why. Wouldn't buy any other product from this line again.

Purchased a tinted gloss and the quality was terrible. The color bled all around my lips, and people at my bridal shower asked what was wrong with my lips. I am trying to get a refund and the process is extremely complicated. They want you to send pictures of everything at every angle, and I keep attempting and the pictures will not allow me to submit. Wish I wouldn't have fallen for 'the product must be good because of the Kylie Jenner name...' Awful quality, and I truly hope this company improves their product and customer service. What an embarrassment.

I don't know if this is just a counterfeit product or what, I ordered from the link Kylie jenner posted on instagram thinking "this can't be fake". Got the "Candy K matte" and "Ginger matte" liquid lipstick! The lipstick is sticky, the shade is nothing like what is shown. There is no product inside the lipstick bottle except some on the applicator part of the top! There was no seal on the lipstick pack or bottle whatsoever. The top cardboard cover of the box was bent so I'm sure it was opened or even used and returned. Terribly disappointed, they end up cheating people just because they "think" they can do business. I don't know how she made a billion dollar company with such pathetic products. There is no option for me to leave a review. No refund yet!

I purchased 2 items during the holiday sale for a friend of mine from the Kylie Cosmetics EU website. One of the items ended up going Out of Stock after I placed my order during the sale so they only ended up shipping one of my items at the time with a Partially fulfilled open order. I was fine with that figuring as soon as they restocked they would ship my other item. After waiting almost 2 months I noticed the other item I had purchased had become available again on their website with the Add to Cart button instead of the Notify Me button. So I sent customer service a simple question if the order would be shipping soon. After I provided all the info they made me provide for a simple question, I get an email stating my order was refunded. I didn't ask for a refund, I asked if it would be shipping soon. When I questioned why they canceled my order and refunded the CS rep said that it was out of stock and they didn't know when it would restock. REALLY? Why in the world would it be available to add to cart again if it was OOS? Basically it was a clear case of not wanting to fulfill an order that was on sale and pay for shipping again instead they wanted me to reorder and pay full price and either add more items or to pay for shipping. Seriously what a joke! Save yourself the pain and agony and just order from another cosmetic site instead of dealing with the crap they put you through.

I just bought the new lip balm trio of her Valentine collection which claim to be 3 flavored lip balms. I tested each and each one feels like Vaseline on the lips so nothing different there. However the ad on her website claims that they are flavored and the ones I received are clearly not flavored. Not that I truly care but don't advertise something if it is not what you claim. Buy yourself Vaseline instead or Aquaphor. The consistency is extremely similar.
