Because I am happy with your service and have had no problems and when I changed over to you services you were very helpful in getting my website switched over. And you were cheaper per month which works better for my budget.
The shopping and knowledgebase articles/videos have been an enormous help. Only reason for both of the three star ratings is because I would need to be a customer for a little while before I recommend your site and services. So far... awesome! Keep it going.

So happy i switched to Remix-inc.com. I love there affordable prices for small businesses. Very timely response to support tickets to.
I thought this was a scam at first due to how low the prices were on their website but I talked to one of these support staff and they set up my account for me. Since them, I've never had a problem hosting with remix.
I have tried various hosting services (hostgator, godaddy, resellersclub, etc.) and Remix Inc has by far been the best one! I like that it is US based so customer service is easy and accessible and the included SSL certificate makes this a no-brainer
