So after a while of watching their website and talking to there support tech, I decided to sign up for there trial hosting for a month. I wasn't expecting to be this amazing by what they offer, there web hosting is as advertised and my WordPress website is the fastest its ever been. I was sure this was too good to be true... Like $10 a year for such an impressive package? But it is great that they don't overcharge for their service so yes I recommended them to my friends and family and you should try them too. They should do more with there YouTube channel that would be awesome
Overall, I am blown away by the fast response from support. I am telling people about RemixInc. The YouTube videos that are updated frequently are super helpful. Technology moves fast, and I feel confident being with a company that keeps up
So i have been around the Internet trying out all these hosting companies and remix just stood out to me. They really have something here for everyone and $0.75 is a unbeatable price
These guys are awesome! They help me through every step of setting up my WordPress website and I can't thank them enough and I know $10 a years sound crazy but it's true and I highly recommend for those who are just starting out
Remix Inc helped me move my files from one another to another. I would normally be charged but they would an easier way to do it by a new tool in Cpanel in beta and did it at no cost. I haven't had a bad experience yet. Normally I can't remember customer service reps, but these have helped me a lot during my process of getting everything working correctly if anything came up. Thanks to Josh, Sam, Aaron, Adam, and others.

I wanna say that I am quite happy using Remix-inc service... Their network uptime and support have been excellent - they actually answer their emails, and within a few minutes! Cant quibble about the price either. Basic plan limits recently increased. Remix-inc tech support always answers my questions within 5 minutes. And they have even given me PHP support mySQL support.

Remix-Inc hosting service is outstanding, professional and complete. They researched my clients issue and solved it in less then 3 hours. I had been working on the problem for over a week. The chat agent can be a bit more "nicer" and spend a bit more effort in explaining not just providing links and responding with short answers. I came from LiquidWeb and I'm used to their great customer service both in chat and phone. Other than that, he's helpful. Thank you! FYI, I'm a novice and I appreciate some explanations so I get educated as well.

The customer support and knowledgebase is outstanding. Huge repository of answered FAQ, and they respond very fast to any questions I have. I had an issue setting up SSL for one of my clients and called them. They not only knew what the issue is, but they fixed it and sent me an email letting me know it was up and running.
