This is totally insane and customer unfriendly behavior. Kraken are crooks, was not able to take my profit from their platform, they kept holding on to it and almost frustrated me for weeks, if not months until i got fed up with them and their games and fought them back. This guys are complete frauds. I have been asking them to refund my coin or money for over 2 weeks with over 20 emails, they keep saying "we are looking into it". I have had the worst experience with Kraken getting verified. I went on their site because usability and ease. Well my experience to verified has been far from that! Their process has been nothing but ridiculous at this point. I understand preventing scams and preventing problems, but when you start creating problems for regular customers it is nuts. I feel like I have to do literally what feels like back flips and front flips, then side steps. Okay, let me explain. Send a picture for verification, no problem. This is happens, they did not like that one. Take another, then I have to be in the picture. They did not like that one, because I did not do it right. Okay, oh wait. Now I have to be in it when holding documents and a handwritten note with exact wording. That I am not a scammer. How many times do I have to send in a picture with whatever, nuts! Best part, I do not even know, if they will like that one. So who knows what is next! This is all to get verified to send transactions out of their site. Yet, there was no issue with my verification to open and deposit money.
If I cannot wait to get through it and get small investment out. Do not put your money there. Go elsewhere! Worse experience ever, this is going on almost a month now trying to get approved.

BEWARE - I've been a customer of Kraken for almost 2 years. All of a sudden Kraken closed my account however, the email they sent ended up in spam so I was unaware of the closure. I made a bank deposit of almost 700 GBP however i was no longer able to log in. When i tried i was asked to contact support. I contacted them via email multiple times as well as over the phone but a week later i still have no response.

Just now I am reading 100s of reviews and feedback on Reddit warning people that Kraken is closing accounts left and right and stealing peoples funds.

I use Kraken since 2019, and this past few months I can tell that they have serious problems with bank transfers and deposits. They are not able to track your funds in Euros. Also can reject your deposits with no explanation given.
I highly advise against this platform. Not trustworthy. At least in Europe.

Please don't invest as they are full of scam. Firstly, they can not allow to use any trading platform. We must have to download from them. They claim no fees if you have 3 or more open trades.
