Using kraken has been a rollercoaster of headache. They locked me out of my account with my funds in it for no reason. Their support has been terrible, no response from the as well. This is not good.

Nobody is working on the ticket. It is very smart to block the account and then do nothing.

I lost access to my Kraken account; used Forget PW utility a number of times but I never received any email to reset the link.
Eventually, I opened Ticket # ******* with kraken on 3 Jul 2025 and then created another Ticket # ******* on 5 Aug, 2025. Immediately afterwards I received computer generated emails to try signing in again. I did so a number of times and responded to the Kraken email. But I never received any email or instructions in response.
I do not find any way to contact kraken except opening the ticket which has proven failure so far.
