Bait and switch company. Ordered more than 600.00 online and promised huge discounts and free shipping. Wasted a lot of time placing this order only to find out the next day that they had cancelled the order without any explanation. Called their customer service and talked to 2 people... non English speaking so you can hardly understand them just to be told I would have to reorder because one or 2 items they no longer had. You would think like every other online ordering company they would adjust your pricing and notify you of the items they could not fulfill or back ordered items... They did not, their practice is to cancel the whole order out and make you waste time to try to reorder all the items. These items are no longer on sale and they will not honor the sale price you had initially purchased them for. Some of the items of which are double the price you was GOING to buy at... Don't be mislead, after doing research I found they have been scamming people in this way for along time. I truly hope they go under just because they are such a deceptive company. Do NOT reorder items over phone, they will try to charge you double price and not honor sales. DONT DO IT
I placed an order online and within a minute realized I had used the wrong card. They did not give any grace period to cancel the order. I instantly reached out to customer service and spoke to a Lovejoy which said they couldn't do anything in the system and they had no one above her that could assist. I have never had an issue shopping at their bam locations but the lack of customer support online leaves much to be desired.

4 were shipped together.
The 4 shipped together went astray
Originally delivery was supposed to be Nov 18th.
On Nov 19th when I didn't receive item I tracked it to New York.
The package went from CA to NY & by passed IL where it was supposed to be delivered.
Next delivery date is supposed to be Nov 23rd.
Nov 23rd came & went no package
When I check status the tracking has stopped on 23rd with no updates.

I signed up for a Kohl's charge because it said you will get 35% off if approved. I got a code to use, however I got no Credit Card number to use in which you need to place an online order. I never even got a confirmation with a credit line either. What kind of place is this?
Never shop at Kohls, they dont fulfill their end of the bargain, by completing orders. They will cancel your order even after it has been submitted. Poor management! They take your money and is highly unreliable! Dont buy anything from them bcuz they more than likely will lie about having something in stock.
Ordered items on 11/15. Emailed 11/17 it shipped. No updated tracking. Kohl says in fulfillment...
Kohl's credit cards is a scam. They say they sent you a statement, but don't so they can charge you an exorbitant late fee. They called to say I was 60 days late. I paid the $50 I owed while on the phone in addition to the $35 late fee. They sent it to the credit bureau anyway costing me $8,000 on the new mortgage I was trying to get because it pulled my otherwise excellent credit rate down. You CAN NOT get any customer service to help you. I spent 2 hours on the phone being transferred from one person to another and never talking to anyone that could help me. The last person flat out lied to me saying she would fax me a resolution and never did.
I was very disappointed with Kohl's cash. I ordered something online and Kohl's gave me 50.00 in Kohl's cash. I spent the 50.00 Kohl's cash. When my order came, I had to return it. I got all of my money back except 50.00. I was satisfied with that. When I received my bill Kohl's also added 50.00 for the merchandise that I had bought with the Kohl's cash. In other words, Kohl's collected 100.00 for the Kohl's cash. I talked to a representative of Kohl's and he said that he would email me 30.00 Kohl's cash. I've yet to receive that email. I will not be shopping at Kohl's again unless I get my 50.00 back.
I ordered two men large tee shirts. First delivery that was sent was a youth's size seven sweat pants. Called and customer service and they agreed to send the correct order. This is why one star. Second delivery was the two tee shirts but in slim fit. My order was regular fit. Called again to customer service to express my dissatisfaction that the wrong shirts were sent. Their reply was, "Well we can't send out another order with free shipping you will need to go to a store and exchange". So to the store at my expense plus the cost of $8.95 original shipping costs for the two shirts!
I had a Kohl's charge card that I only used a few times a year when it was a requirement to use a coupon so I wasn't used to looking for a bill. Kohl's did not mail me a bill in July and I didn't remember I had used their card in June so missed a payment. The way I found out I had missed a payment was an email from CreditWise saying my credit score had changed. I called Kohl's immediately and explained I had not received a bill and paid the entire balance of $77 at that time. They reported me as "late" to the credit bureaus even though it was their fault. I'm 69 years old and have never made a late payment in my life so needless to say I was very angry. I wrote to Kohl's to dispute the issue but they don't care. So I closed the credit card and will never shop at Kohl's again.
I have been a kohls card holder for years and in 1010 I lost my job due to the covid 19 outbreak. I had a small card with a credit line of $200 and have been struggling to pay it. I have been making small payments and this last month (sept) I payed $140 before the 13th. I had late payments and fees, which i understood. I had a remaining balance of 190. Today I was told my bill was back over 230 and that I owed over 100 to bring it current. I had just made it current last month. Every day I receive multiple calls a day from Kohls and emails. I am unemployed and have repeatedly told them so. How can i promise money I dont have. Once I can I will close this account. I wont shop here any more. What a rip off
It is very disturbing to find out that Kohl"s is selling products affiliated with BLM. BLM is an organization that SUPPORTS racism, vandalism, criminal action, assault and hatred and violence toward whites and our law enforcement. A department store, online or in store should not be involved in politics and organizations that support racism and hatred. You just lost quite a lot of customers. Shame on you Kohl"s and your executive officers.
The worst shopping experience ever. My payment was delayed. Some of the items were also missing. I wanted to return all of the staff but wouldn't get any refund for that. I will not buy again here.
I've never been so poorly treated in a retail store as I was treated in Kohl's in Louisville, KY. Enough that I will not be back. Over priced cheap clothing.

I had card from last 10 years and never was defaulter but missed some 5$ payment and they reported to credit bureau without any mail or call. My credit score was screwed by 80 points. I paid whatever was pending but they dont even correct there reporting.
Just stay away from KOHLS and their stupid card if want to buy home or keep good credit
As someone who pays all her bills on time and has no credit card debt, I am sad to say that after YEARS of owning a kohl's charge I closed it. They claim I was pat due on a payment by 2 weeks and would not allow me to purchase more items in store. When I shared the date of my purchases and that the due date should have been in September, the lady was straight up nasty and robotic. Fine - I will buy my clothing for myself and children elsewhere.
I missed a payment in March due to Covid breakout, earthquakes for weeks and rushing to teach 150 students online and missed a payment, they sent this to the credit bureau. I've shopped here for 20: years and they do this. I'm so done with Kohl's, beware. This is very pathetic and other businesses, from my understanding worked with their customers, not greedy Kohl's, shoot to ruin credit.
These guys are thieves. They send wrong statements to wrong addresses (bad addresses, some of which don't even exist) and then a few months later all of a sudden they ruin your credit report claiming you were late in payments and even after it's been settled and they discovered their mistake they never remove their erroneous credit report. They are thieves and scammers.
I recently made my first purchase with Kohl's online and it sucked. I was not notified of shipping delays and then when I called in to find out why I wasn't notified about the delays I was advised I needed to keep track of the order and call UPS. Really? What's your job Kohl's? Pay minimum wage to people and treat your customers like crap. That 3.1 might need to be a 2. I will not shop with you again anytime soon unless you make this right. You should at least notify customers on delays. I know my job do you?
If there's one thing that bothers me about Kohl's its something that they are not the only ones doing these days.
You'll get an email saying that your item has been shipped. No it hasn't!. A great example of this is I got an email on Saturday August 8th, 2020 saying my item has been shipped. It is now the morning of Tuesday August 11th and it's still a 'pre-shipment item.'
This item hasn't even left the warehouse yet so don't lie to the customer. Simply inform the customer that a shipping label has been created simple as that.

As I can't leave a second review for the same company my updated issue is as follows. Today is Wednesday 7--28-21
In my opinion, Kohls has gone way downhill over the years.
It didn't used to be much of an issue to get a free shipping code to the store or to your home. I'd missed the free shipping code by 55 hours so they flatly refused to give this to me on the phone.
Another option was for me to drive 30 miles round trip, waste a gallon of gas and use my phone in their store to get free shipping!
The 3rd option was for me to pay the shipping fee up front then I've got a call back in 48 hours and they'd remove the shipping fee. After that I'd have to wait 7 days for the refund to go back onto my card. To me this is like inventing the square wheel and sticking to it. Why not wave the shipping fee to begin with and avoid all of the above aggravation?
The other thing that annoyed me, the message when you call Kohls, is about going to their website and clicking on the 'Ask us.' After typing out a long message all I get is some virtual piece of garbage that says 'Enjoy your shopping' or something to that effect.
I'd have expected a live human being not a thing that's going to respond to you with zero help to a problem.
I can't say I'm too impressed with this company anymore.
Answer: Don't know about Canada, but NO THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE! They can't even figure out to send a glass picture frame in a box instead of a plastic bag. TWICE! And forget about a refund. Shop elsewhere, anywhere else.
