I ordered a pair of bluetooth ear buds from Koar and I received excellent service. The ear buds were just as described, they were shipped quickly and they worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Koar and look forward to doing business with them again.

We were very happy with the fast shipping but when we tried the wireless earbuds only one side worked. I will be getting in touch with KOAR to see if they'll send another pair.

I am thoroughly satisfied with Koar. All of the products I have ordered are of good quality and they have shown to care about their customers whenever I have had to contact customer service. Shipping times have always been quick. I could not ask for anything more.

Koar offers some good deal. Some not so much. Occasionally a great deal pops up. Worth looking at every day.

I have had very good luck with the KOAR-branded products I have received. My only issue EVER was when ordering a Blue high-capacity battery backup, I would repeatedly receive Black instead. Amazon, acting as intermediary, made things good but after 3 attempts, I finally gave up and gifted the Black ones away. Perhaps a color blind person was shipping them. Other than that, good job!

The products are decent but shipping is horrible. You have to wait 3-4 weeks for merchandise.

Got it as a xmas gift... excited to have the kids use it... not tried yet.

5 weeks after order all I have is fake UPS tracking number. Three emails, as many promises to 'look into matter', broken promises, I'm done. Ain't never gonna see product and neither will you. I'm screwed.
