Good earphones for phone use but not great quality for music.
I have ordered from Koar on several occasions, always getting what I paid for. The products are high quality and delivery was always as promised. The variety of wireless headphone devices they have for active individuals like myself is, by far, the best I have seen at an affordable price. You can never go wrong with their products! I have liked everything that I have bought, but when I needed to do a return I had a significant issue with KOAR helping me resolve the issue. The issue still remains unresolved, but the product is of good quality.
I found the audio quality of the Koar Cloud Jams to be decent, but they weren't comfortable for long periods of time. I also found them bulky when running and didn't stay put when making jolting moves like P90x.
If you just use them on the bike or walk using them, you'll be happy, but anything more aggressive and you may regret it.
Ordering my products were really easy. The website was simple to access and browsing was clear.

Koar provides access to high quality items at unbelievable prices. I have been very satisfied with each of the products.
I've bought koar products twice. First time I had to hound them to get my items to me. They then responded they were out. Later they sent me two of the items, a $7 battery bank.
This last time, I ordered a black set of Bluetooth ear buds. I recieved white. The invoice started that the order of black was cancelled, and white was shipped. I never received a response when I contacted them about it. It also took over 14 business days to get them shipped.
I have had two experiences with Koar products and one with Koar customer service. All have been bad. I purchased a set of bluetooth earbuds which quit working 2 days after I received them. When I contacted Koar about replacing them I was sent a message telling me I should be sure to have them plug in correctly to my computer so they charged - which I had - and when I responded to that saying it was not helpful and again requesting either a new pair or money back I received no other reply. My other experience was a Koar Power Vault. I was extremely dissatisfied with the product. When I received it, I plugged it in to charge. I showed 25% charged. After 8 hours connected to the computer it finally showed 50% charged. Another 8 hours and it had still not gotten past 75%. I actually bought 2, thinking to give one as a gift. I am throwing it away rather than give it to someone.
All of the items I have purchased from KOAR have been as advertised, received promptly, excellent quality and tremendous value. I highly recommend you taking a close look at KOAR and their product offering.

I purchased the over the ear phones, and one of the rings that holds the earphone over the ear has already come apart. Will probably be sending it back for another pair. Otherwise, I love them.
I got the Sport Special earplugs and they are what I expected. Good sound with bluetooth earplugs that stay in the ear. The only problem I had was that the time it took to get them was way to long - about five and one-half weeks.
I have purchased several items from KOAR and each is always top quality. I have yet to have anything I have purchased to not work out of the box but none of them have failed yet. Some items I have had and used for several months and they work fine.
I look forward to seeing what they come out with next.
I received these from Koar before the promised date for delivery. They fit the best of any similar earbuds that I have owned. The sound quality and battery life are both excellent.
I've dealt with Koar once so far and found their product to be worth while especially for the promotional price I paid. Delivery was a little slow but their product works as advertised, Koar S530 Bluetooth headset, and sounds pretty good for a sub $100 set of BT phones.
The items I bought were wireless headsets and speakers both were great my daughter loves them
