Ok so I would like to order a couple of dresses from Kmart online because I do not like near a kmart. Here is the little tricky trick they are pulling. If the item is on sale, you cannot order it online. 10$ off each of the dresses I would like to purchase. But I am out of luck. Until the price goes back up. Then they will send it out to my house no problem, I have been watching the site for several months now and this is what they do. CRAPPY! DO NOT ADVERTISE THE SALE PRICE ONLINE IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION OF GIVING IT TO THE CUSTOMER ONLINE! JERKY MOVE. LOST A CUSTOMER.

LAYAWAY IS DECEIVING. COMMERCIALS FAIL TO MENTION ITS ONLY ON A FEW OVER PRICED ITEMS. NO SALE ITEMS I LOOKED AT COULD BE PUT ON LAYAWAY. KMART NEEDS TO DO SOME WORK ON THEIR SO CALLED ONLINE LAYAWAY AND COMMERCIALS NEED TO MENTION ITS ONLY FOR FULL PRICED ITEM THEY CHOOSE. ILL GO TO OTHER STORES.

I recently ordered a TV off of Kmart.com. I was very pleased at how low the price was, until my order disappeared. When I contacted them, they informed me that it was a pricing error. Ok that's fine, mistakes happen. But when I asked for a refund they said they were going to hold onto my money for a whole week. I do not see how that is an acceptable business policy. Nor do i see how it is logical, reasonable or morally acceptable. They refused to do anything in the way of recompense. I will never shop at a Kmart, Sears or any affiliated business again in my life.

I ordered 5 fairy solar lights because my local Kmart was out (I did buy the last one). Kmart sent me 3 gnome solar lights, by intent, as they hoped I would accept the substitute. Excuse me! They did not communicate with me; they just did it. AND it turns out they did that because they shipped my order from local stores, who, of course, did not have any fairy solar lights! Really? How stupid and unprofessional is that? Yes, I will get a refund, but WHY? So disappointed and appalled. They may have lost of all of my business.

I ordered a playstation 4 and Xbox one in June 2013. On launch day last Friday Kmart indicated that my playstation was shipped and would arrive by January 3,2014. I called to complain and customer service is a joke. The guy kept getting off saying he would get a supervisor--at least 6 times in this 1 hour call- only to be told supervisors were too busy. I called "shop your way rewards" that sent me the e-mail about the pre-order and they could care less. They told me to call Sears. Sears couldn't"t give a damn and they cancelled my preorder which I discovered while on the phone with them. On Saturday morning, they then cancelled my xbox, which was supposed to launch Nov. 2013. I have a sick child for over a year and they ruined his birthday and Christmas and this cold harder company doesn"t care. When I spoke to Sears they said I can pre-order again but I will go to the bottom of the list because they cancelled my order. This morning they told me I could get 15% off if I put in a new preorder which will arrive sometime next year. This is only offered this because I cancelled all my credit cards. The kmart stores had system which people got without preorders, but Kmart decided not to hold up their end of our contract so they could attract people to their store for launch days, Thansgiving and Black Friday! If you don't want to ruin your child"s holiday stay away from Kmart/Sears. Shop at GameStop, Best Buy, Walmart, Toys r us, or Amazon --they are reputable companies that have never failed to send my merchandis. Boycott Kmart, Sears, and Landsend you"ll be glad you did!

Kmart is what it is, can fun pretty much what you are looking for each time. However how a company this big can't do better for their customers with a flat shipping rate.
I paid alot for shipping, what bothers me is when my product got here ( fragile package) it was broken from shipping. The store took it back no problem, but am out the cost of shipping with its right since I didn't break it.
Point is they need a Flat Rate!

One of my favorite places to shop!
Occasionally, they have super good sales on clothing. I got jeggings for only $6, originally priced $22.
Also, their brand of food, Smart Sense is also really good.

I was watching the Rachel Ray show one morning and Sofia Vegara appeared sporting a killer red dress from her new clothing line at K-Mart. It was just the style and color I was looking for so I ordered it on line. As I live in Canada, I had it shipped to a friend in the US and she USP'd it to me at great expense to me (more than the actual cost of the dress). I was thrilled to receive it and although it was very cute, the fabric was flimsy and of very poor quality and the seams looked as though they were about to fall apart. I was so disappointed as I expected a lot more from a garment with a such a high profile celebrity stamp on it. There seems to be a quality control issue with this product and I was very surprised as the dress she wore looked of superior quality. It may have been a prototype and proved to be misleading to the consumer.

Although I should not have expected much from K-Mart, her name behind the product lead me to believe that I would be getting something more...
