The K-mart stores I've visited (3 in our neighborhood) looked like rejects of the original dollar stores (not the new ones). No rhyme or reason to their displays. People walking out with goods without paying ALL THE TIME because goods are store outside cash registers and clerks just don't care while security is virtually non existent. If there ever was a model for a non-store, this would be it. Would have done great in the old Soviet Union.
Fast and efficient. Always great prices but not a huge product range online
Every visit to Kmart ends up with me buying more than I wanted to. They seem to have a very up to date range with good prices.
Not every family can afford top dollar items for their children or home. As a mother of 6, I find the prices at Kmart amazing. With the speed in which my children grow or wear out their clothes, Kmart offer cheap replacements. Not only cheap but I find the quality to be excellent also. I highly recommend Kmart.
YEARS AGO KMART WAS REALLY GOOD HOWEVER OVER THE YEARS WITH ALL THE COMPATATION WITH OTHER STORES I SEE THAT THEY LOST A LOT OF BUSINESS I AM SORRY TO SAY STILL A GOOD STORE FOR ODDS AND ENDS.
I do not like the changes that Sears made after buying KMart. It is still though an average store, just not one I shop at much anymore since they have practically eliminated the big and tall department even though the nation is both taller and fatter than it ever was before. It seems like a counterintuitive strategy frankly and they have done in our metro area a poor job of keeping up the electric wheelchairs as well.
Bought Bone Kruncher for my 4 yr old son. We Love Him, he goes for over an hr after charging & we have trained him. Totally lived up to my expectation's! We are currently awaiting the Limited Edition Metallic Gold to arrive. I wil definetly be purchasing all of them. The only dissapointment is Kruncher was missing his bone.

I like to get kitchen supplies and underwear from Kmart. I find they have excellent electronics and I like get money back for purchases. I would have given five stars, but they often only have one of something and you have to keep calling the store. They don't answer the phone or answer it well when they do.
Low inventory items and pricing hit or miss better deals at walmart and target
I have had good experiences in the Kmart where I live. The people are friendly & helpful with locating items. If there were 1 thing I would change, it would be the people loitering outside of the store. I do not like that.
The other thing that bothers me is that we seem to get antiquated items, that when I go on the official brand web site, the product does not even show up at all on the site or even in the section for parts.
Sometimes I wish there were more variety, but I'm not complaining. Overall, it's good.
I purchased several items from Kmart online. The purchase process is easy enough. The only bad thing is my local store is a bit slow at getting my pick-up items in a timely manner. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
Not sure of the number of stores in Colorado, but the 4 I've been to are filthy and grimy inside!
I had to many problems with no real custmer service. With tvs dvd players.
Ink tanks for my printers. But for other items i do like them very much. I enjoy shopping there.
I'd rather go with Kmart than either Walmart or Target. I won't even write a review on Target... it's just plain anathema to me. Kmart has (had) almost as much stuff as Walmart yet there's something different in the air. I really enjoy their merchandise selection and their employees are a lot happier, it seems, than those at Walmart.
Their sales are scams they raise the prices by over double the normal price and then mark them down as sale items so you actually pay full price for wat you think is a sale price also their return policy is horrible I got some stuff for my daughter that was too small I wanted to exchange it instead I could only get my money back they give you the lowest price based on the last six weeks the item was on sale so I only got $4 for a pair of boots they currently had on sale for $10 why not just let me exchange the boots for another size? I lost $6 on that transaction :(. I don't shop at kmart and never will unless it is free and maybe not even then!
Love this store for their layaway option. Helps when I need time to pay on a big purchase. The options for delivery after payment is complete are wonderful.
