Kmart services are very good. As i m regular client for this mart.
Don't think they should get everyone's bags at the door, it's like being accused of stealing every time you leave
I shop at the Kmart at Bay Plaza in the Bronx. There is a lot of parking here, the store is huge and they have a large variety of items. I always enjoy myself when I go to shop here.
A good store at one time until poor management have them within a stones throw of bankruptcy. Empty shelves and filthy stores.
Definitely, not my no1 choice, however, you can get very good prices for beuty products (especiallyhair&skin care) and toiletries.
I used this store for the couple of time it was bad experience dont know how to express my feelings about this store but i just wanna say "stay away guys these are cheap in rate but in quality as well"
I like Kmart for toiletries, hair care products and things like floor mats and table mats as well as beauty products. Kmart has good prices.
Wish there were more stores in my area. Really like their children's clothes, gardening department and house wears, toys, party supplies, accessories, shoes. The interior staff is usually really friendly and will go to great length to be helpful.
I used to use Kmart exclusively until I ended up crippled and dependent on a walker and needing a ride on. They have some nice items at nice prices in their store bur they are not very accommodating of somebody handicapped. They would not keep their ride-ons charged up and then when I would try to take one to the areas I needed the ride- on would die and then somebody, usually a customer, would help me back to the front of the store and I would be upset and embarrassed. I quit using them because of this reason. I reckon they are a good store otherwise. This particular store may not be like the other stores just so you know. It's only a local matter.
I've ordered many times, quick shopping and most of the time free to ship even to my house. I will most definitely order again
Seriously i buy all my child-gifts from here, their toy prices are better than everyone else's sale prices
I think kmart is good, there product, and prices are fair, and most people working there have been very helpful, if ya can't find it a wal mart, try kmart
Its a shame they are closing so many. They have good products and great prices.
Would you just go out of business already? Every time I enter a Kmart it's always messy and unorthodox. When I go somewhere to shop I expect the items to be in It's correct spot and organized so I can find what I need easily. Not go on a egg hunt for every little thing I need.
Kmart is a good bargain place to shop as they have a lot a specials, always shop at Kmart love it.
Local place to pick up a really nice low cost lifetime warranty tool set.
Kmart used to be the Walmart of savings in small towns, but now it is almost the joke store. The last time I went in, they had moved the kitchenwares section, but the sign for kitchenwares was still up, only it was over the automotive department!
They do still carry some decent brands of clothing that do not fall apart, but the deals are not that good and cannot compare with Walmart and Target.
The two biggest issues is that they almost never have enough cashiers so that you wait in long lines and the items hardly ever ring up true to price.
A recent sale of BOGO shoes where you buy one pair and get the second free, rang up both pairs at full price. To get the price undone, they have to send someone to find your shoe, read the sign, send you over to customer service where you wait a half hour and finally tell you that the sale ended yesterday and someone just forgot to take the sign down, so you are out of luck and if you want a refund, you will have to go stand at the end of the line again, etc. - in short, poor customer service and employees who really seem to not like working there.
You are likely to see rusty old cars parked out front and shoppers wearing nightgowns and slides and pajama bottoms who take five minutes or longer just to pull out the cash, check or debit card and struggle to put everything back in their wallets and collect their bags and move on.
If you are one who likes to get in and get out in a hurry, then don't even think of shopping there!
I bought two different cushions for my outdoor couch. They were both amazing and great quality. I wasn't sure which one I wanted though. As I was online I chatted with customer service from Kmart and they said returns at my local Sears store would not be a problem. (no Kmart's in Austin, TX any longer) When I tried to return one of them at my Sears, the store manager said he had no way of doing that at his store. Even when I explained the conversation chatting with customer service. I think this was an issue with a store manager who did NOT know his job or how to run his business. When I called Kmart, they said it should never be a problem to return at Sears. They did send UPS to my door for pickup. Thanks Kmart
Answer: They have many products that I need and usually they offer the best price
