As I am not a computer savvy person, I have had to contact Veronica at Kizoa on numerous occasions with various questions. Her response has been immediate, knowledgeable, patient and very courteous. Customer service is the BEST I have experienced for any online program! The Kizoa slide maker program is easy, full of cool effects, transitions etc. Some drawbacks are that I would like to have my used photos be "hidden" once placed in the slideshow. Going through over 600 photos is challenging. I would like to be able to crop my photos by dragging the corners in/out giving me more control so that I can fill the slide and not be confined to the pre-set parameters. Also, with the premium package, I cannot use a background other than black, when I try and apply the amazing background choices, my photo is covered!? Although, there are these drawbacks, I am thrilled with my slideshow and I would recommend this program to teachers and friends

This site is amazing and offers so may extras. I can't believe it is a lifetime membership and not annual or monthly. I will forever use this site for holidays and birthdays. The best part is calling the number and getting a knowledgeable person on the phone immediately who answers. What?! That's unheard of these days. Veronica was awesome. I even was able to email her some videos for her to upload to my slide show for me. Thanks so much! Customer for life!
Love the online program. Has much more potential though. In Fx, there is an option for Bordes Colores, when you choose that option to frame your pic, the program automatically changes it to yellow or black, there's no way to change it! I tried speaking with the gentleman on the other line regarding that and I think due his accent I was unable to fully understand and him me. We were never able to fully communicate efficiently. There are some other issues with the timing, more than occasionally when you need to validate a slide another slide will pop up to validate its time but it changes the time. So I feel like I'm trying to remember what the time set was to choreograph with the music and I essentially have to redo that whole area. When you move a slide too, it automatically resets the time to 5 sec. Very frustrating. Mixing your music on here is also difficult, like to transition or cut. I would pay additional to have a better music mixer for this. All in all, I love the program. Pretty easy, and I love that I don't have to store the slide show on my computer! Look forward to all of the updates you guys make!
Hi Melissa! I wanted to let you know that the timing issue should have been resolved as of last week. You can now see where a song ends in your slideshow and it'll also show you how many times your song has looped. This should greatly help with music synchronisation!
My use of kizoa has always given me pleasure with its ease of use and variety of applications.
I loved the setup for creating the slideshow, as I could save it online and work on it from any computer. And the customer service was awesome when I forgot to use my discount code for purchasing.

I am so happy to have found Kizoa what a fantastic way of enjoying photos that are precious to me. Kizoa is so easy to navigate, I love making slideshows and collages the results are fatastic and sharing these with friends and a family is an absolute joy to me.
I spent about two hours making a slideshow from pictures of my Dad's life for his funeral. When I went to add the songs, it said I could only add more than one if I bought a premium membership. Not wanting to have wasted my time, I went ahead and bought the DVD package, that way I could at least burn it to hand out to family. Well. Once you add the songs, it doesn't tell you when the first song ends! This makes it almost impossible to start the next song directly after the first one. I looked into this, and apparently this program doesn't have that feature. I essentially had to do math and calculate what slide the songs would end on by dividing the length of the slides and the songs. It took forever! Then, after all of this, I couldn't figure out how to burn it on a DVD! It would only burn the file onto a DVD, making it only usable on laptops. So pointless! I would NOT recommend this website to anyone!
First of all we're deeply sorry for your loss as well as for any inconveniences you may have encountered. I hope I can sort some things out for you and offer you some assistance. The ability to add multiple songs is a free feature, you can add as many songs as you like from any of the hundreds of titles we have available on Kizoa. If you want to add your own music then you do need at least a Premium WEB membership. So you know, we are working on a new sophisticated music feature that will allow users to pinpoint where a song ends on a slideshow as well as crop it, this will be available this year. When burning a DVD you need to make sure you're using a DVD-R or DVD-RW disc, this should be able to be played on any DVD player/TV. If this isn't working for you we're more than happy to check it out and see what's wrong. They don't have blankets to order with your photo on it, they have just the basics like t-shirts and regular prints. Made a collage of my family using one of their templates that I wanted printed on a blanket but I ended up getting a puzzle for my daughters to play with. Received it within 1 week so pretty impressed with that.

Overall pretty straightforward website. The only thing was that i discovered until after i was done making my video that in order to email it i needed a membership. I called the customer support phone and they told me that i just needed to replace my own music with one of theirs so then i was able to send it by email for free. All in all it was an ok website.
I was in a hurry to make a last minute video for a funeral and came across Kizoa. Very easy to use and I was able to get my video done within minutes since i used one of their templates. I really liked it and will probably use them in the future.
I just tried them out this weekend for a birthday party and I must say it was really easy to use and the video turned out amazing! Everybody loved it and I cant wait to make some more videos for christmas! I definitaly recommend them and didn't have any problems whatsoever.
It really sucks! Don't waste your money. I was working on a slide show for my Grandma's funeral and it took me forever. It was looking really nice. When it came to downloading it to my computer it was giving me a hard time. Finally after hours it down loaded. When I played it at the funeral, I was so angry when it stopped less than half way through.
Do NOT order from this site. The email of my slide show did not go through and burning/download also did not work. When I contact customer service, I was told that I was in error... that they have many happy customers. I informed them that I was going to refer to my bank because their product did not perform the way it was promised and they told me their headquarters were in France and they didn't have to comply with US rules. BOGUS! If you sell somewhere, you have to support that sell... period. Or have criminal intent in my book. They are rude. Their product doesn't work as it indicates and you will end up fighting to be treated with respect, or worse, to get your money back. Don't do it!
Paid for the premium membership. Created a slide show with music and when I download it to burn a DVD or save it to my computer, it come down without the music. I have been working with Kizoa for over 2 months to fix this problem and they have me try different things but it's still not working. Now they are not returning my calls or daily help desk emails. Do not use this company, their product randomly stops working and they can't support you.

Answer: Hi Pushpa, it sounds like you may need to link your Facebook account to your Kizoa account by going to the "My Images" tab of Kizoa and hitting the blue and white "Connect" button in the lower right corner, in the blue Facebook space. You will then be prompted to enter your Facebook information, and once your accounts are successfully linked, please try again to post your movie!
