Do not waste your money on this rubbish. They don't care about updating their customers when a problem with the site occurs, and there are way too many. Stay away from Life Membership.

I paid for lifetime membership of it's facilities and I love it and use it on my online project almost daily.
Now a complete blank for days and that is unusual. No real information coming out of the company and no reply to emails.

I am also in the same spot as you guys. Looking for the site to up for the last 48 hours and already talked to that lady for multiple times and she is promising that it will be back within hours but not yet. I am also frustrated about the situation, all my work is there and i have an important presentation this Saturday. I already told the lady that if the website is not coming back soon they will be in trouble. Hope it will come back soon...

My Girl Scout Troop bought a membership for this website to be able to work on movie maker badges. We created a slideshow with it in June. Was easy to use and worked great. I go to log in and it is simply GONE. I can no longer access our slideshow we put hours into making. Nor the pictures we uploaded. This company stole from us. Hard earned cookie money is GONE. Incredibly frustrated. Their Facebook and Twitter accounts are also POOF GONE!

The film cutting option has not worked for three weeks. I have called many times (8 or 9 now) and have yet to get a representative. I have gotten an email telling me it is a bug and that they are working on it. I'm even more nervous today because the whole website is down. Hoping I haven't lost all my footage.
Until the past few weeks I was really happy with Kizoa. I am hoping it works again so I can restore the stars I would have given it a few weeks ago.
Update: It has been about 5 months now with no change, except that I am no longer to send emails for some reason. I'm about to go on every rating site Kizoa is attached to and in every language to warn people to stay away if this continues.

Since 6:30am EST this morning I (and many others who are voicing their frustrations on other sites like Twitter) have not been able to access www.kizoa.com whenenever I try I get this message: "www.kizoa.com's server DNS address could not be found.
I have paid to be a premium lifetime member and at 9am EST this morning I called the company's Customer Care Line for Premium Members and briefly spoke with a woman who informed me they were have some issues, but they would be resolved and the site would be back up in an hour - that was 9.5 hours ago! I have tried contacted the company no one is there, nor do they have any recorded messages to inform customers of what is going on. I have searched the internet for any information Kizoa may have put up somewhere for their customers including checking on Twitter and FB, but to no avail. It is uncomfortable, disheartening and completely frustrating having paid for membership, needing to complete a project and this company has all my work thus far, all my photos, videos and music and I cannot access to work, but more than that this company doesnt have the customer service side working well to care enough to find a way to let their customers know what is going on, what to expect. Right now if feels and seems as if they are suddenly defunct and it is scary... What do we as consumers do? Its like this company has very important, very personal stuff of mine that they are holding hostage and not saying why.

I have used Kizoa for a few years now and since the upgrades, after purchasing my premium package I have noticed issues with accessing my accounts. I have tried contacting the company and resetting passwords however now response by the Kizoa team has been successful in reaching out to me.
This week I am having issues downloading my video. I have emailed, called customer service, and Facebook messaged... and no one will help me. I am at the professional level and per the contract, says priority customer service and so far for three days, I can't get anyone to respond. Poor Poor job to a loyal customer.

For the need to purchase a membership I expected just a little more. Graphics wise it was alright, serving its purpose just fine, but the finer details left much to be desired. I had so many issues with the music fading out properly despite the video ending when the music should. There was also glitches with transitions and the consistency of the volume. End video project was okay, but not a masterpiece by any means of imagination. Now that I have the membership I'll be using it, but might consider other programs for the audio function.

I wish it could be available on android and that they'd keep creating new animations, etc.

This company will hold your files hostage until you pay their price. I was cheated and then forced to pay just so I could get my photos back that they stole.

You will then be prompted to enter your Facebook information, and once your accounts are successfully linked, please try again to post your movie!
