Its good but i cannot edit my video to cut and remove some part that i don`t need and i want more effects its a little bit slow too to work online i wish i can work offline much faster, they have cool none copyright music it would be ice if they will put more> :): ) :) also if i can insert funny elements to improve my video and more effects please then im thinking to buy it lifetime...
Last year I purchased the lifetime starter package to create a movie for my speech class and it worked perfectly. I have been trying to create a movie for two days now because the videos are taking forever to upload.
I yesterday night I made a beautifull video with my photos and singing a song but the video disapeard anhe d could never see none nor photos or video again

Since last year I haven't been able to use Kizoa. Numerous attempts to get the problem fixed through support failed.
I keep getting the message: "This content cannot be modified because it does not belong to you" when I want to delete images. Also, uploading doesn't always work.
I loved working with Kizoa, but now I'm really disappointed.
Purchased the advanced program and have not been able to edit my videos for over 6 months. They acknowledge the issue was on their end and committed to refund my money. 6 emails and 2 months later I still have no refund. I have not been able to process my videos and it appears they are not going to do what they said they would. Stay away from this company. Very unhappy! Lamar H
The site was great but what a ripoff. We as a non profit were so excited to find a place to showcase animals that were in need. We paid the unlimited package for the unlimited time, so the most expensive package available as we thought this was something we could use alot. Imagine our surprise with the link was no longer working and no way to get an answer from anyone very shortly after we paid
When I first began using Kizoa several years ago it was quite functional. Not completely user friendly, but it was possible to learn your way around and create a fairly nice movie/slide show. But recently it's function has declined markedly, stopping my projects midstream after a great deal of effort, with no support from Kizoa. Constantly unable to upload critical photos and collages after putting in a great deal of work. Very, very frustrating. If you are looking for a dependable media production application I can no longer recommend Kizoa. Definitely look elsewhere because this one has become a dead end.

I paid for Kizoa last year & created an amazing video for Fathers Day. I was so impressed I chose to purchase one of the upgrades and it was supposed to be for 12 months. A few months later I was denied access to my account which kept telling me my subscription had expired. Not happy!

We have checked into our system and apparently it is a double account problem, so when you log into your account possibly it’s another account, a basic/free one that has expired that’s showing up.
Since your Premium account is for life, this should not happen.

ZERO STARS. POINTLESS. Download stops at 99%... nothing else ever happens after that. The entire purpose of this is to create a video and it cannot complete one 39 second video with 8 slides. WHAT A JOKE. Also I find it bizarre that and archaic that Kizoa doesn't seem to recognize png images with transparent backgrounds-instead it inserts a blacked out background. Everything is super generic, but I thought with the option of uploading your own images and gifs that'd give more freedom of use but the gifs don't upload and Kizoa can't recognize transparent backgrounds. What is the point really.

We have checked your account and there were some problems with your film, one of the problems was one of the gifs that you have uploaded into your account was "broken" and also a png file, this prevented the correct downloading of your movie.
You can upload gifs into Kizoa, but you have to make sure that the gif is in the correct format and with transparency, and also choose the option "save as gif" when downloaded.
When these cases happen, an email is usually sent to inform you of the problem and is asked to contact the support team, have you received any of that email? Because we didn't receive any email from you to inform us about that.

When Kizoa works, it is remarkable. The creations are beautiful and the variety of templates is incredible.
The problem? It hardly works. For three weeks, I have wasted countless hours trying to log-on and complete my creations.
Weeks ago, I was able to create project files using the slow and sluggish kizoa.it as an alternative to kizoa.com. The end result? The process for turning them into video files would not complete and produced a glitched-out video file that was unusable. Hours and hours, wasted.
I was hesitant to pay into an 'online-based' solution for this very reason. While I understand that things happen, Kizoa has made matters words with a lack of updates and transparency from their twitter account. This whole situation has been extremely frustrating. I am left with no choice but to seek an offline alternative and start my projects from scratch on a very tight timeline.
And so. My recommendation is to find an alternative. What could and should be a really wonderful application has turned into a frustrating and time-wasting disaster.
Time to move on.
I have been using Kizoa for years. Now when I try to log in, I get the spinning wheel of death that only loads to 80%. I can even get to the login screen.
With pending deadlines, I will need to look for other options. Really frustrating and disappointing Kizoa!
I too cannot download my movies I've made. They get hung up at 99% and is in my orders with a status of waiting. I also tried uploading directly to youtube but didn't work also. Hoping these problems are resolved soon.
I reported 2 weeks ago already that i can not cut my clips - the window stays grey! I can not send emails to you anymore - they are not deliverable! I paid for this program and i expect some service. And when you finally fix that problem? First was said next 3 days, now it´s 2 weeks and nothing happened. Your support email don´t work anymore and you also deleted it from menu!
I've used Kizoa for years. Love it! Can you please fix the music upload as soon as possible? I have a project that needs to be completed this week and your app will not allow me to upload any music.
Update... emailed the company and music upload feature was fixed by the time I woke up in the morning. Thank you Kizoa!
I'd no major issues for the past few years with Lifetime Membership - but now it's suddenly stopped working - the Kizoa.com web URL is invalid to access the program, and without notification, it appears that you cannot upload music files more than a few seconds long anymore - what use is the program in that condition? I paid good money in good faith for my lifetime membership. My emails to customer service are being rejected via Google, so i'm completely in the dark - as one other disgruntled purchaser remarked, 'we need to be informed about things like this' - urgently.

Can not get in touch with the company. I no longer have access to the email address that I used to sign up to make the video. How do I get the URL to the video so I can record it for her. It is very upsetting for an 86 year old to have her husbands memorial video just vanish one day. She has watched it every day since my Grandfather died. I would like someone to send me the updated URL. I am so very upset they have devastated my Grandmother. We have no other copies. FIX THIS!

It worked great before, but now on this new kizoa. App it seems like we cannot upload mp3 files for music like we did before, and we also cannot download the movies we make. I paid for a lifetime membership. I understand some technical difficulties may occur sometimes, but we need to be informed about things like this.

Answer: Hi Pushpa, it sounds like you may need to link your Facebook account to your Kizoa account by going to the "My Images" tab of Kizoa and hitting the blue and white "Connect" button in the lower right corner, in the blue Facebook space. You will then be prompted to enter your Facebook information, and once your accounts are successfully linked, please try again to post your movie!
