We created a first year video of our granddaughter. My daughter took a photo every week for her first year and we threw in some random photos and video along with music. It turned out amazing and we showed it at her first birthday party. Everyone loved it! I would give them 10 stars if I could. AWESOME site! Get it! They ROCK!
I love using Kizoa for my video creations! There are so many features and options that enhance your videos and really make them your own. Alesa with customer support was very helpful when I called in to ask questions about purchasing an upgrade. I would highly recommend this product!
Kizoa is an absolutely amazing, super easy to use, fantastic site to make collages and videos and I simply cannot stop turning my pictures into incredible animated videos with background music and the best effects you can imagine! I am a Kizoa addict and I ain't going to no rehab! Totally worth the money!
Spent money on the premium membership so I could download, have HD, and burn DVDs. I download the program so begin the process of burning my DVD once done, I popped it into our player, and its completely messed with all quality of the photos. It automatically stretches to 16:9 ratio, which chops of parts of the photos because of this. Also with that it somehow painfully overly saturated all of the images burned to the DVD - I tried this 3 times and every time it was the same even after I made adjustments on my part.
Contacted support and was told I was doing it wrong trying to burn HD to DVD when the program doesn't even give you the option in the first place... Extremely upset that I spent so much money on absolute crap software.
It says you can share with Facebook, but yet won't share the whole video. This is absurd, as I spent hours making a three minute video to share with my friends, to find out that it wont share the complete video. I'm guessing I would have to upgrade in order to do that. I just want to use it one time, I think you should have an option for one time users, you are going to loose a lot that way. This is very absurd and deceitful, I'm going to not use this, very unprofessional. I am very disappointed, as I was looking forward to sharing this with my friends.
Hi Damian - it sounds like there was a technical problem preventing you from sharing your entire movie on Facebook as this feature is included for our Free Basic users. The rep at kizoa answered the phone so quickly when I called. I was never placed on hold and never dealt with an automated system! How awesome is that?! That just doesn't happen anymore these days. She was able to quickly help me trouble shoot the slideshow movie I'm making for my wedding. That was the most stress-free customer service call I've had in a long time. Thank you kizoa! Please don't ever change!

I wanted to make a video for my mom's 70th birthday party and also add video clips I took on my iphone. I tried iMovie, and Microsoft Movie Maker but since I've never done this I thought it was too difficult. I happened across this and it is so self-explanatory that a true novice can make a great, professional looking video with your own music I downloaded from my iTunes as well. Then I started reading the reviews and got really scared that I had wasted over 8 hours of creating this video for nothing... I decided to call the customer service and noticed that it was 30 minutes before they closed- there was no answer and I wasn't surprised. What DID surprise me was that someone from customer service called me back about 5 minutes later to see what they could help me with! I didn't even leave a message on the call to return my call. They were helpful and I finished my video- I did pay $50 for the premium video because mine is about 6 minutes long and uses 3 different songs.
Within seconds of buying that option I was able to download my video to my computer, upload it to youtube and there was not one thing wrong with the music or skipping or anything I heard. In fact I will use this for my work videos as well. I am so excited that I got this done in time for the party tomorrow and it looks great! Thanks for the excellent customer service as well as an easy to use product!

I made my entire video not realizing that to download it I needed to purchase the premium package. I did not want to start over since I put a lot of time into it, and I really did not have time to start over. I decided that I would just send it to my email and hope to share it that way. The only problem I was finding now was that the slideshow would freeze on certain pictures, which would then throw off the music. I figured downloading the video would help this problem, however, I can't download it without paying and I am not willing to do that.

It would've been nice if the site had mentioned the fees/cost of package deals, instead of me wasting 4 hours of editing and realizing that I had to pay $50 for the deal, and the storage space is terrible, need to add more info about it. I like this new software, but the company did a bad job of presenting the product.

As many have said in their review, I have spent many, many hours on my daughter's high school graduation video. I never knew of the charges that would be associated with the process until I vested so much time. As my video will end up being 15-20 min, there will be an exorbitant fee! I could have paid someone locally for much less! Now I have spent all of this time on the video and may have to start over and find another site! Graduation is 2 weeks away! This is the last thing I need!

Much of Kizoa is free, as you can use your own photos, videos, and music to make movies, collages, and edit photos. You can then share your creations online for free by email, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, blog, etc. You can also download your movie for free so long as it is under 1 minute in length. A Premium membership is needed, however, to download longer movies. You can review our features with pricing directly on our website as well as within your Kizoa account by clicking on the large orange "Lifetime Premium" button in the top left corner of your Kizoa account.

Music on movie slides are behind from when you actually play them. If you put a collage into the movie it freezes. This sight freezes a lot, and it makes me really angry to have to reload it a bunch of times. I have used the site of many different computers and web browsers and it still is wonky.

The learning curve was a bit challenging at first, but overcome rather quickly thanks to your tech support person, Alesa. Alesa is not only technically excellent, she has great patience and human relations skills. Her calm delivery helped us to deal with our initial anxiety in using your product. It is almost reached the point where I can't wait for my next technical question. Just kidding, please let me assure you I've about reached complete functionality with your product and except for an occasional bout with forgetfulness, I will likely curtail my calls. Where do I begin to sing your praises? I will start with the great service we received from your technical support person, Alesa. Her technical proficiency and calm demeanor guided us through what at first appeared to be a traumatic adventure. I called her countless times at each step of the way. She provided accurate answers and saw to it that I affected each step in the process. She never lost patience. She stayed focused on my complete satisfaction.
Now on to your product. It is outstanding. My wife and I wanted to make a pictorial presentation of our joyful lives from birth the present. We will enjoy sharing this work product with our family. It will also serve as a parting gesture at our inevitable celebration of life service at the other end which we anticipate will be many years from now. It took a little work but we now have a product of which we can be proud. Also we find comfort in knowing that our children will not be burdened with the task of rummaging through countless photo albums which would only produce a hodgepodge of graphics. We have incorporated your music and transitions and text which together with our photographs tell the whole story. We would be happy to recommend Kizoa to friends, family and others.

Answer: Hi Pushpa, it sounds like you may need to link your Facebook account to your Kizoa account by going to the "My Images" tab of Kizoa and hitting the blue and white "Connect" button in the lower right corner, in the blue Facebook space. You will then be prompted to enter your Facebook information, and once your accounts are successfully linked, please try again to post your movie!

Hello Kelsey, I'm sorry to hear about the problems with your DVD. It is true that DVDs are limited to Standard Definition - this is why BluRays are needed for HD. We certainly want to help you get a DVD you are happy with though, so please contact us via private message or again customer support so we can look into the issues with your movie. Concerning the 16:9, all Kizoa movies are currently in 4:3 format, so I believe a setting on your TV or DVD player is stretching the movie. Please check to see if there is a 4:3 ratio option on your device or if there is an option to not "stretch to fill screen". I hope that helps!
