My experience was very pleasant. I have certain issues that make it difficult to talk to people I dont know, go out much around people, etc. They quickly handled everything I contacted them about over the internet/via email. They helped me in every way. They were very considerate of my situation. I wish all companies worked that way.

They keep charging me for the service after i canceled it and i never signed up for it i don't know how they got my information?

I was under the impression that I would only be charged 2$ the I get charged 30$.
I was not okay with being charged that much money for the small service you provide.

I was calling to cancel my trial subscription and was offered a dicount I couldn't refuse. My grandaughter and great grandaughters are moving close to me this week and there are a few registered sex offenders in our neighborhood. Can't be too careful.
