I love how easy the website is and all though I didn't talk to someone personally the automated system is just as great! I'm not able to afford the full price and they were able to accomadate that :)

I knew it was too good to be true, $1. Sure enough I was charged $29.95 per month for two months. But you when I called to cancel, you redeemed yourself with the discounted membership. You don't have to trick people into protecting their family. Transparency please.

It is a good tool to have for any parent, most especially new ones. It is good at making people more aware, and allows parents the chance to better know where their kids are most safe.

Help our children and grandchildren to be safe from those who prey on children. So we can all sleep without wondering if they are safe from sexual preditors! May those of you that are and have abused someone, feel the hurt and pain they have caused and if only we could take the key and lock them away forever.

My experience with Larry was very good tonight he was well-informed and friendly. Overall I am not thrilled with this website due to the fact that it listed faults information on my background check.

I did not order this. I dont even have kids. I never get an email informing me of a damn trial period or the fact that I was about to lose $30.00. Then you offer it for $2.95Thats just wrong. I am filing a report with BBB and will post on every website possible exactly how you purposely omit small details and emails when there is activity on the acct. Crooks

This is a very good service to have for the community because there is a lot of children going missing later and ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

I signed up to see what was going on in my neighborhood. The ad showed 108 sex offenders nearby. When I signed up it showed only 4, which is good. The ads had me thinking what kind of neighborhood am I in? When I tried to cancel they charged me for the following month, a full rate of $29. Xx. What a rip off.

I read the reviews and became "VERY" concerned about this company. I paid my $1.00 trial membership. I have had no problems at all. I will keep using this them until I have a problem. Just FYI I called to cancel my membership because of all the bad ratings and I KEPT MY MEMBERSHIP because of the customer service's kindness and how well informative he was.

I will be cancelling my subscription in the next 24 hrs. If I'm not able to acess my account. Offering me a discounted membership to a service not available to me seems to be a red flag

It was really helpful, I called to cancel my subscription, but I was offered an option, that I did not cancelled my subscription.

This is so good to know but I have another house in another state and to toggle between the 2 can be a pain. Otherwise, it seems to work fine!

A company should always be upfront about any added fees... Your company was not... It said one dollar... it did not say that it would be an additional
$25.00 plus unless I canceled by 3-5-18...
This is not being honest with customers... I also got the ID protection... is that going to cost me more as well?
