This is a review of the 2835DC. The lock has a weight and heft that go along with its high quality. It is easy to change the code, operates well and inspires confidence.
We purchased it for a community garden gate, being tired of the inexpensive combination lock and chain. Overall, the installation went well - be sure the support pin engages the latch which may be a problem if your door is wider than normal or if the latch has to be mounted off-center in the edge of the door. The support pin may be moved to the inside body if needed (instructions do not cover this.) Also, the Phillips head screws should be replaced with security-type screws for added insurance if the area is breached and intruders have access to the inside.

I placed my order for standard delivery, customer service made three attempts to contact me to inform me that 1) I had entered the wrong country (key error on my part) and 2) that once corrected I was eligible for USPS priority shipping and no charge. I have ordered from this site twice. Both times the items arrived on time and as described. The 2nd time there was an overcharge due to PayPal issues. I contacted customer service and they credited me back the next day.

Thank I had bn looking 2 replace an old locking system that had stooped working. This was ideal because I have 2 school children that has 2 get in the house 30 minutes b4 I get in from work. Having a code eliminates the need 4 lost keys and forgetting them. Just a push of button door is locked. Thank you for the free shipping as well.
