Sandra was very helpful and did a great job helping place the order. I had a hard time on the website. Was not allowing me to put in my password. Sandra was very patient and helped with getting what i needed.

Fantastic customer service.
When I called about a look that I thought I wanted, they advised me of a different one that much better suited my needs and application.

They charge $8.99 for 4 screws so the lock would fit a thinner door - ridiculous. They should be included with the lock.

Really helpful people at this business; no complaints. 4 stars instead of 5 only for the 15% restocking fee, which seems both unnecessary and usurious. In this case, my fee was 3x even what the shipping was for this item.
