Purchasing items at KEH is an efficient, easy process.
Very satisfied with everything but delivery. This came with UPS ground printed on the truck, except the deliveryman said it wasn't really UPS ground. They came to deliver it before our regular business hours, Sign on the door with business hours. He did not come back when we were open. Waited to deliver another day. Then he came again before business hours, but I just happened to be here early. He said they have routes and are not allowed to come back.

My experience was fine as always. I do think if you are shipping an item signature required, you should inform the patron prior to completing the order. I had to stay home from work the day of delivery and could have easily had the lens delivered to my office. Otherwise, the item was great as described and the delivery was prompt.
