I have always been completely satisfied with the items I've bought from KEH. KEH sells used photography gear and I've yet to buy something from them that didn't look as if it was brand new. The Canon 70-300mm f2.8 DO that I just received is a pristine piece as with everything else I've bought from KEH. Also the shipping time is absolutely fantastic as it only took a few days before I had the lens in my hands!

Easy site to use

This was my first time using keh.com. The site was easy to use and the product arrived as described and quickly. I usually by all my used items from B&H but will not check keh.com as well, for they often have better prices and a different selection.

It still doesn't fix that new website however. It's still very sluggish and the queries return more things than it should. This makes it very hard to find anything. Also, are the databases different? I found that a few items in the old site were not in the new which is a pretty serious problem as well.
