Stop using FedEx, they botch too many deliveries. I typically avoid buying from businesses that ship using FedEx.

It makes good sense to buy used equipment if you have a source that is trustworthy and reliable. I have bought from KEH for several years. In fact, I bought my very first DSLR, Canon 20d from KEH. The ratings of equipment have always been accurate and the service has always been very good.

Had what i needed, sent the wrong item the first time,,,switch to the correct item was easy enough...just took more time

When I first tried the lense it would not work. The next day it appeared to work ok. Have no idea why it did not work at first. Perhaps it was too dark and could not focus?
