This was my second time ordering from KEH. I was so happy with my first purchase, I ordered from you guys a second time. When I talked to Mike(I ordered on a Thursday) on the phone I told him I was going out of town and I would like a signature required...he also told me it would take 3 business days. It got here fast on a Saturday while I was out of town, and no signature was required. I didn't get home until sunday, that package sat on my front porch overnight. Somebody could have stole my lens. My first lens was really clean no dust. The lens I ordered this time has one spec of dust, it doesn't affect the picture but with a EX+ rating I wasn't expecting any dust. Overall I love the lens I ordered.
All products were as explained and of the quality stated. Unfortunately I had to return one item due to Fuji discontinuing film but Michael Reese was very friendly and helpful with the return process. Will recommend KEH as both buying and returning were hassle free and efficient. Thank you.
Have used you guys before. There are a handful of companies in the US that excel in what they do. KEH is one of them. I have bought from you guys numerous times before. All with flawless customer service and products. The last time I purchased a Nikon 1 V1 camera and Flash for that camera. Both were like brand new and in perfect working condition. I would go no where else for my Used Camera Supplies. Not B&H or Adorama ( both companies I love for new purchases) or Ebay for that matter. You have my 110% approval for your company and the manner in which you interact with your customers.

Product descriptions are accurate but a little short (it may be unavoidable)
But overseas shipping is expensive, return (when it happens) is very expensive and 14 days return delay is very short
I have bought 3 lenses from KEH and have been very happy about the product and the services.
If you don't want the hassle of an auction site. Keh is the best place to shop for used lenses. They sell quick so you need to check often.
