Happy with the experence

I found it somewhat difficult to find some things that I needed because of limited descriptions of some of the products (lens caps for instance). I am new to digital cameras, and wanted caps for the camera body and lens that I purchased, but could not figure out what would fit, despite searching for canon eos 30d lens cap.

I wanted to buy more for the 10% discount... but it did not show up... so I feel a bit mislead about that and removed items. Let's hope you fix this in the future.

You still have not responded to this bait and switch issue. Why did the 10% savings not show up when I had items above the $400 level.

Great ease of ordering

I've used KEH since 1989... It's been the best resource for the entirety of my photography career.

This is my first time using this site, so far I've had a good experience.

I have sold and bought 35mm film, medium format film, and digital cameras and lenses from KEH for 20+ years and have always found the products, the web site and (in face-to-face deals) your personnel to be fair and knowledgeable concerning all things "photography".

Keh is great. Occasionally the website has some bugs / slowdowns, but it works. The search does not show everything
