I received a Nikon D7500, the Wifi and Bluetooth were not working. Camera would not update to latest firmware. I called KEH and without issue, they offered me a replacement. Waiting on it to arrive.

I ordered a Sony a6000 in Graphite Grey color. The price was great for the condition of the a6000. Unfortunately, when I received the camera. It was actually Silver not Graphite Grey as it was advertise and labeled. I had to send it back for a return. I based my order on sentimental value over functionality because I regretted selling my a6000 in Graphite Grey 5 years ago. Overall, I wish it was in the color that was advertise but it wasn't. I can see the color mixup but one is darker than the other.
Customer service for returns was fast.
PS: I did leave a little note in my return package indicating that the a6000 is Silver not Graphite Grey. In hopes, it doesn't go back on sale under Graphite Grey.
It's often a challenge to get used photo equipment and be confident that it will be as described and functional. Especially on eBay I've been burned several times. KEH is very reasonably priced and everything is rated accurately so you get exactly what you paid for and expect to receive. Ordering is smooth and delivery is timely.

I have a mirrorless system. I wanted to mess around with a fisheye lens, but did not want to spend too much on an EF lens waiting to see what Canon brings out with an RF version. So I bought a 15mm fisheye and if I enjoy it I will maybe consider the 8-15 in RF when they bring it out. KEH was the best used option as always with various pieces in stock and choices to meet your price point. I always try to buy the best rated option from KEH and I am never disappointed. This lens looks brand new to the eye.

I've shopped with KEH a number of times in the past and having a great experience. This time I was pretty disappointed because I received the wrong item. I ordered a X-Pro3 Dura Silver camera body but was delivered a Dura Black. They had no Dura Silvers in stock for an exchange. Customer service was fantastic though and offered a refund or keep the DR Black and credited the difference.
Great. Ended up ordering the incorrect mount type. KEH was great about the mistake and sending the lens back was easy.
