Quickly found the body I was looking for in a used condition I feel comfortable with. KEH provides a no hassle 14 day return policy and 6 month warranty. I feel confident buying a used item that allows me to conduct real world use and inspection of the item during a 14 day window to check for defects or issues. Fingers crossed all is good to go when it arrives!

I have saved a lot of money making several purchases from KEH over the years! Overall, I have been very pleased with the prices, delivery times and quality. On my most recent order, however, I waited for the items to arrive and then found out that the order was canceled. When I called to inquire, I was told that there was a concern about the shipping address not matching the one that I previously had on file. The person that I spoke with said that I should have received a phone call nearly a week earlier, which I had not. He then rushed the items to me and I received them within 2 days.
I have some concerns about the camera body that I purchased. It tends to be "busy" a lot, which can stifle spontaneous shots. I also noticed that I occasionally hear a high pitched noise coming from it. The SD card doesn't feel like it locks into the slot very positively and I had to wiggle it a bit before the camera would recognize it at first. I own another camera just like this one, which I've had for several years. This one doesn't respond exactly as my other one does. I will keep an eye one its performance for a while.
The only negative about the KEH experience is grabbing everything I like before someone else does! Never had a bad experience. Even the one single issue (out of dozens of purchases) was painlessly resolved. Please open a "Brick and Mortar" location in New Jersey!
I ordered a sony a58 body. From the rating on the KEH site, I understood that the camera was close to new. When I received the camera, I was unable to adjust the viewfinder / eye-piece. I did try using the diopter dial, but the viewfinder remained blurry. I also found that the shutter button on the camera sometimes hesitated when I tried to press the shutter button.

Still don't like the site layout. I find it difficult to navigate compared to the old site of a couple years ago. Looks flashier but not as functional when looking for accessories and small pc's.
Limited selection, some items are sold on Ebay by keh outlet, but not on this site (Mamiya RB67 120 film backs, for example). Have to split purchases between ebay/KEH.
Wanted to buy some lenses, but only available in UG, which was a bit frightening based on the description.
Also - some way to request notification on parts that are not currently in stock would be great!
I ordered a Nikon F3-HP with 50mm f/1.4 AI-S lens. Both are in immaculate condition and working order. Each was carefully packaged to protect from damage while in transit.
