The best for used gear!
Sadly, the product (a Nikon flash) was defective. KEH handled the return extremely well - this is what determines how great they are to deal with. The flash seemed to work, but it had intermittent issues that made it pretty much useless. I suspect whomever sold it to KEH knew this; sadly, folks like that exist. The return had its shipping prepaid & printing out the label was a snap. Sometimes it's the bad experiences that let you know you're dealing with a great vendor.
Great experience, wonderful rating system with slightly used to new products
The new site has some serious bugs that need to be fixed. I have an account and had made several purchases on the old site without issue. The new site keeps deleting items from the cart, adding extra items, failing to enter promo codes, etc. It's unfortunate because the service itself is incredible. By far the best rating system out there. I was FINALLY able to get my order to process as a guest. I nearly gave up on ordering for the third time this week. Please look into these issues.

Couldn't get this camera for less. Looks like new
I received my Fuji EF 42 flash and it is in perfect condition and works great. I am using it as a second strobe connected via radio trigger in a two light studio portrait set up. This was a great deal since the flash was listed at $99 but there was a 30% off flash sale on accessories so the final price was a deal that I couldn't pass up!
The Quantum battery charger worked fine and fit my older compact battery. The price was fine with a 30% sale price which covered the price of shipping.
