Guy's/Gal's, I don't care how many times you ask me to take a survey, I can only tell the truth.
I've been buying from KEH for over 25 years. Why? Because you people set the standard by I wish all other on-line merchants held themselves up to.
End of story! Over the years, I probably have easily purchased way over $25,000.00 in equipment and NEVER had any issues. It doesn't get any better than that.

There is no better place to buy used equipment. Prices are low, items are always as described, and if anything does go awry, they correct it immediately. Its a joy to do business with this company.

Delivery restrictions are understandable but also a monumental inconvenience

Normally I would be very hesitant to order such an expensive item without a personal examination. But not so with KEH. Every item I have purchased from them was better than described, carefully packed and delivered in a timely fashion. I have always been highly satisfied. They have my unqualified recommendation and future business.
