Fast and straight forward.
I've been a KEH customer for many years. I have always been able to count on KEH for fair and accurate equipment evaluations. The filters I ordered and received did not work for me. I requested an RMA which was provided and have returned the filters. There was nothing wrong with the filters, they were as described, in excellent condition. The problem with both filters was technical. At this time KEH did not have an alternative for substitution so I opted for a return. I will continue to look to KEH for my photographic equipment needs.

I couldn't select the product i wanted. The selection options didn't have enough variables. The product arrived earlier than expected - great. It was difficult to find the exact product - a dedicated micro lens, full frame - due to lack of option to look for only a micro lens.
Generally speaking, KEH is a very good choice.
Lens was received incredibly fast and condition was as described.
