I tried several times to place an order with you and your payment system kept failing. I sent two emails and failed to get a useful response.
This is not my typical experience and I have been very satisfied with you in the past.
It was good except for the fact I had no clue how to open the back of my camera. I thought it was jammed in the shipping process and accidentally broke my camera. KEH is fixing it which is great but at an unfortunate added expense which I am bummed about. Stupid tax on my part. Excited to get my camera though and everything on KEH's part has been top notch. Excellent customer service and really helpful even through my dumb mistake.
