Struggled to place order on iPad browser - order cancelled twice; but appear to have completed this time in a desktop web browser (user error?)!

Purchased used lens shipped and delivered inside a couple of days - great! Lens in great condition, as promised.

Purchased for my son who is a photography major and he was very satisfied.

Kudos on a well-organized, easily searchable site with loads of wonderful camera-related goodness.

Good 2 day shipping for extra price. The only issue I have is that the camera sensor/mirror is dirty and could not be cleaned.

Everything was great except for the snafu with the delivery. I'm not sure where my package ended up, but it was tracked down and delivered 5 days later. Would highly suggest requiring a signature for all deliverables. Customer service was very helpful and reassuring though.

When I attempted to log in with saved credentials, the site did not inform me that those saved credentials were incorrect. It led to a large number of very frustrating retries before I eventually tried manually typing in the password. In addition, it would have been nice if there were some text on the Facebook page explaining the restrictions around the current promo code rather than having to wade through a series of images.
