FedEx were a little unhelpful, but I think that's the nature of the beast. It would be nice to be able to organise slightly more specific delivery times, bring the 9hr window down to 3hrs.
KEH is conservative in estimates and does an excellent repair/clean job so the product is always better than expected.

1. There is no explanation how to write a phone number from a foreign country. I wasted 10 minutes trying.
2. in this case there was no picture of the actual item.
3. the lens was delivered with no caps.

Bought an "Ex" rated Nikon F3HP and am fully satisfied with it. Excellent condition, especially for a 32 year old camera. Shipping was quick and the camera was packed excessively well, in a tightly wrapped cocoon of bubble wrap.
Overall Good. Sometimes items are almost the same price as new. Other times the prices are better than great!

Wide selection. On line ordering process was very simple. However, being a first time shopper, I had ordered a camera lens that did not go with the camera I also ordered. It would've been helpful if someone at KEH had noticed and called/emailed about the fact that the two were incompatible before being shipped. The shipment was delayed and I had to call and check on it. They were nice to overnight the order at their expense, but it obviously was not going to work having a manual lens with a digital camera, so I had to return the entire order and purchase elsewhere.
