I was not satisfied with the quality of the lens I bought and so had to exchange it. That process has so far gone smoothly in that the KEH sales rep I spoke to was helpful. I sent the flawed lens back and am currently waiting to hear from KEH that they have received the lens and that the exchange is progressing. I expect no problems here as my dealings with KEH have always been satisfactory--more than merely satisfactory much of the time. Unfortunately, the new lens for which I am exchanging will cost more, but it is rated a higher quality.
