I purchased this lens as an experiment. It arrived on time and the price was grate. There were some minor scratches on the surface of the lens but they do not seem to interfere with the picture quality. It is exactly what I need to test the use of FD lenses on Canon EF cameras.
Usually very happy browsing/purchasing from KEH, but did notice today that some of the product filterings were not acting properly - eg. Could see items I was looking for within overall product category, but disappeared from results when filtered for the specific brand

Personally, I think this lens could have been wrapped (protected) better in the box. It's a $700 lens and they have used more bubble wrap. An earlier one I purchased was much better protected and it was only 1/3 the price. There is a need for consistency and the person in shipping should fully understand what they are wrapping and why their work is critically important. I am been shooting with it quite a bit to see if the elements are fully secure. So far, it looks good.

My lens, marked as Excellent Condition, came in the original box, with the original plastic, original packing styrofoam, a case and a hood. Everything was immaculate. It was like buying new for hundreds of dollars less. I will probably buy all of my lenses from Keh from now on.
