Was easy to purchase. Everything is as great as people said KEH's products are! First time to buy a lens from you and now wish I'd bought the other two lenses I was looking at at that time (now sold). Will continue to do business with KEH!
Having a signature requirement should be somewhere stated before purchase. If I would have known I would have had the package sent to my work address.

KEH has an excellent website of usable products. Many at a very good price. They have excellent customer service for ordering and handling returns and warranty claims.
Quick delivery, reasonable prices
A couple of issues: 1) you don't ship to PO Boxes. Some of us work and aren't at home to collect shipments during the day. This makes a PO Box the go to for deliveries of merchandise. And, 2) you don't answer your phone. I called to make sure that you ship UPS, because my fallback is to request that merchandise be held at the UPS depot in downtown Chicago. The bottom line is that you don't make it easy to do business and if that particular lens wasn't incredibly difficult to get hold of, I would have gone elsewhere!
The room in out in not smooth
KEH always meets or exceeds my expectations. The prices are very fair and the service is very good. Can't really ask for much more. I recommend them to a number of photog friends and have turned a few into customers. Good job!

Seems pretty good! Mobile checkout could use some work though.
Item is in decent condition, but would've liked something a bit less worn, although the item is generally as described.
The product was fine, I just wish it would've included a body cap.
