I was very unhappy with this order. When I ordered this product, I was never told that I would have to provide a delivery signature. I received a card from the post office stating that I had to pickup the KEH package at the PO since no one was home to sign for the
Package when they delivered. Please note that this is for a $6.00 lens hood.
I gab to leave work early to get to the PO in time to pickup the package. Since I get paid by the hour, I lost money that day. If I had known that A delivery signature was required, I would have had it sent to my workplace so someone could sign for it. I FIND THIS VERY UNSATISFACTORY AND A POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS!

I purchased an Ex+ condition Canon lens and I couldn't tell you the difference between it and a new one. And the KEH price for that condition was much better than I'd seen. Throw in their prompt shipping and it was a 5 star experience for me. Will check them first for my next photography purchase.

I have an account and I signed into my account when it came to check out, I was entered as a guest and I tried to sign in again and nothing happened. I had to re-enter all the information needed to order again.
I have always had a very good experience working with KEH.
This time FedEx would not leave the package unless I signed for it IN PERSON. They said as per your instructions.
I was not going to be home that week during delivery hours so I had to arrange to go pick it up from the distribution office.
Glad to have the equipment and so far working like a charm.
